Exceptional

The place is new, it's clean, and very close to the freeway. One of the best things it has is that there are stores nearby and even walking, in less than ½ a mile, you have many convenience stores, cafeterias and a supermarket. Breakfast is not included and the people who assisted us in the lobby was a bit cold/distant.

The location was excellent as my storage unit was close by needing my attention. Helpful and pleasant staffs! Rates changed too often requiring a new booking each day!

I had a question before checking in and spoke to Tashina and she was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel, it's lovely. Close to freeway access also.

I made a mistake with the dates for my extended stay by an extra day, and the staff corrected it. N/A

Quiet during my stay, but microwave not operating properly ( missing turn table part), bed skirt stained, kitchen faucet broken, and no response from management after reporting the problems.
