Great stay. Walked into a fresh and clean smelling room. Pool areas d pool was clean. Great relaxing stay

Room was good except the A/C couldn't seem to keep up or something. I asked the staff and they said that we can see if maintenance can look if it doesn't get better, but we wanted to sleep so needless to say, we just suffered until we could leave the next day since we just stayed one night.

This is the second Springhill Suites by Marriott we've stayed at (the first being in Verde Valley in July 2025). Absolutely cookie-cutter replica, and we loved it. Tons of room in the 2 bed queen + sofa bed, close to multiple restaurants, and staff was very kind.

The team was friendly, and the place was clean. They answered the phones very courteous and when I arrived early, they accommodated me. Well, there is a lot of construction on the roads being built.

Hotel is located off the freeway. Many restaurant options within walking distance. Property was safe, quiet and very clean. Staff was friendly, professional and informative.

I spoke with Kathey the manager and asked if we could switch to another room as the fold our couch was like sleeping on a board. Not only did they not help us out, but they offered to cancel our stay so we could go to another hotel and we refused. We will be reviewing them on google as well and think they should be refunding us for our poor stay or making some type of compensation. Also, I recommend Expedia remove them from their listing.
