Aloft by Marriott Tulsa Downtown

Upon checking in it was discovered the hotel had over booked its queen rooms, so we were given a king.. then we were charged 2 nights of parking and we never parked and also didn’t stay two nights.. the refund has never been issued even after calling multiple times requesting it.

The staff were uber friendly and it was a pleasure to spend a night there. There was nothing to dislike about the property. Everything was fine.

It was clean and the staff was excellent the bed was comfortable. Our toliet kept malfunctioning and the shower door leaked water all over the floor. Getting to the parking for aloft was crazy.

I loved the location, the price, and the view. The front desk woman was amazing and engaging. She was extremely helpful and nice from the moment I walked into the door. Parking! Especially in a truck and being handicapped, it is close to the building but still a horrible parking situation.

Great place to rest after an event at the BOK Center!

The location was nice because we were central to just about everything. The setup was really cool with all of the classic bikes. The bar was nice. The staff at the bar was exceptional. The rooms were nice. Getting into the property is very confusing. I understand there is construction down there, but signage would be a huge help. Some of the front staff was I won’t say unfriendly but not friendly either. Now the main reason I’m writing this review is we were planning on swimming, but quite honestly I’ve seen Walmart above ground pools that were bigger. We did happen to be there at the same time as softball teams, so it was taken over by kids, which would’ve been fine except that you could maybe fit five adults and five kids comfortably in this tiny pool.

The staff is super friendly and gave me a walkthrough of the property - this property has motorcycles and art pieces. I loved my stay here :)

The bar was advertised as having a small bites menu. We were told they were out of multiple items, which made for a very limited selection.
