I was denied at the bar on my wife’s 22nd birthday because her id wasn’t updated to the new one it was a valid form if identification not expired or anything we continue to use the ID anywhere but here unfortunately other than that great experience.

The room was very clean and the staff were great!! The Megan Moroney concert was across the street that night so the hotel was very busy. The front desk people did a great job getting everyone checked in as quickly as possible. They were very courteous, even with some very rude customers.

Very close to the BOK center!
-
Loved the location close to the BOK, making it perfect of attending a concert or event. The room was spacious and very well equipped with kitchen and sitting area, modern and comfortable.
-
Very comfortable beds and pillows. Dishes available in the room for the kitchen. Cleaning supplies for the kitchen. Very clean. Super friendly staff. They even allowed me to check in at 11 instead of 3 without any extra charges. Breakfast options were good. Location was perfect for our event. Check in and out was effortless. Room was very large. All around a great experience and will return when visiting the same location. Definitely 5 stars!

Great place in heart of downtown

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again! The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable, and the bed was really cozy. The location was perfect for me because it was in a great area and very close to the concert I was attending, which made everything so convenient. The staff was also very friendly and attentive, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and felt comfortable and well taken care of. The only thing I would suggest improving is the carpet, as it looked a little worn and could use a deeper cleaning. Other than that, everything was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel and give it five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is not going to be a favorable review, and this is the only time I have left a negative review of a hotel. But this hotel stay was awful. The room we ended up with was not the same as the pictures presented at the time of reservation. There was not a "bar area" in the kitchen, nor did we have the counter space in the bathroom shown in the pictures. We reserved a "city view" room, but our room was on the first floor, and our view was that of an iron gate fence. Our room was situated slightly below the outside sidewalk so we only saw people walking by the iron gate fence from the knees down. Only one window opened about two inches. Walls were thin and we could hear outside traffic and others in nearby rooms. Our room was an ADA room, which is fantastic for those needing lower access. However, we were not able to hang our dress clothes due to the height of the closet bar being so low. In addition, the shower floor was scraped up, which led to my husband's foot getting caught in the plastic shower floor. Since it was an ADA shower, the water from the shower would spread to the entire bathroom floor and it became very slippery when using the sink and toilet. The worst part was the room was dark and moist, resembling that of a cave. Our bedding and clothes were damp and sometimes there was even moisture on the walls. Front staff said they were booked and did not have another room to move us to when we asked for a different room on the first day. But breakfast was good!

Good property. Pleasantly surprised at how quiet and well maintained it was for a downtown area. The staff was great upon arrival, but seemed to be aloof once we reported a bug in the sleeper sofa. The problem was solved, but could've been given better attention initially.

The location was great and so was the room. The beds were actual queen size and very comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, coffee excellent and the food very tasty. The bathroom sink started clogging a few hours before check out. I forgot to notify the front desk. I didnt care for the cost of parking per day but I understand the need for it. I wish that there was a lesser rate for long term stays.

On the whole, I wouldn’t come back to this property. I enjoyed the layout of my suite, the view of Arvest stadium, and the appliances inside were nice (the blinds are motorized!). But ultimately it was hard to overlook the cold lighting and the little things that make you not feel taken care of.

We loved our 1 night stay to Tulsa! The Residence Inn exceeded our expectations. The room is such a great option for families as it had a large full size fridge, a stove, microwave, dishawt, and stocked kitchenette. If we had stayed longer, this would've been so nice to make meals in the hotel room. The kids had so much fun in the outdoor pool, which stayed open til 10:00 and had lights. Breakfast was great, and the hostess even got me gluten free muffins when I asked for GF options. We also got a complementary market item for filling out a survey, and cookies when we checked out. Would highly recommend!

Exceptional

The room was large and accommodating. There was a parking lot that would fit our 15 passenger van. The room by the door to the parking lot was a little loud. Breakfast was nothing special, usual Marriot breakfast.
-
Checkin was very easy, parking was good. The room was very clean and the bed was lovely and comfortable. We do like the refrigerator in a room, so handy being on a road trip. Metal cutlery would be nice or even compostable cutlery rather than all plastic - in the breakfast area.
-
Ethan the front desk clerk was very kind. Room was clean, hotel was quiet.
-
Positives: kitchenette with everything, comfy bed, free breakfast, and front desk staff were great.
