This is a great hotel. No frills, but clean, well-maintained, and in the perfect location for walking anywhere you want to go in downtown Tulsa. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.

The floor was dirty and under the bed needed to be swept- lots of stuff under it. The shower water was cold and no body wash in the container, otherwise everything was great.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the hospital. We had to be there early for surgery. Took us less than 5 minutes to get to our destination. We didn't use valet, because I heard theu charge $30, we wanted to come and go as we please. I should've asked about parking. The walk from our car was long until the staff relayed a shortcut. Made things much easier and got to go through a unique old building.

We stayed here before and really the downtown location. Stay and staff were great. Breakfast pretty good for complementary. Small issue of difficulty finding a functional fridge on 3 tries, but management was kind enough to pick up the tab for valet parking as compensation for lost food, so I give them credit for that. I would stay at Hyatt, and this property, again.

Very nice hotel and close to the BOK. The rooms were nice with no carpet on floors which is great and the beds were comfortable The outlets jn the bathroom didnt work
