Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa South

No air conditioning in the lobby and bar. Toilet was backed up and there was no water in the shower. We were given a second room. Unfortunately, someone had smoked in it and the bath tub had black hair in it. Not very happy with this hotel.

Nice property with breakfast up charge. Clean room, i believe they had some issue with the AC in the lobby area. I will suggest to check the carpet in the hallways, you cam see that they are loose and in some areas detached from the floor.

Hotel was just ok. Carpet by elevator was coming up and a trip hazard. Hot tub not working at pool area. The room we had, the bathroom door would not shut close. Breakfast buffet $12.95 was way overpriced. Convenient location. Felt safe, good parking.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, good breakfast Air conditioning in the lobby/dining/bar area was out for our entire stay, during a major heat wave. I don't blame the hotel for it, but it was miserable just the same. The breakfast was pretty good, but it's hard to enjoy it when it's 90° in the dining room. We never even visited the bar, because by late afternoon the area was unbearably hot.

Check in Dylan was amazing. The room had a lingering smoke smell, especially in the mattress, which made it uncomfortable. Housekeeping was banging on my door at 9:00 a.m. to wake me up even though checkout wasn't until noon. I left early that morning, and when I returned, my key cards no longer worked. After making two trips to the front desk, the staff member acted like it was my fault instead of helping resolve the issue until after she had to come up . Overall, it was a disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The room was clean. Front desk staff was not very friendly. It was very hot both downstairs and in our room despite running AC.

This was a great place to stay! Very clean. The bed was comfy.I would stay here again. Don't hesitate when choosing a place to stay! When I checked out the lady was pleasant!

Nothing! Everything! Alice the night front desk worker was rude as hell, didn’t give us the breakfast coupons for my whole party that I PAID EXTRA FOR and then double charged by card because she doesn’t know how booking.com bookings work. I am STILL trying to get back the double charge for this hotel room and basically spent over $300 for a single night in a total SHIT HOLE

When I came to the property they told me that they didn’t have any rooms available. But I booked online on booking.com and the lady told me to cancel it and that I’d get a refund. I have not gotten a refund and no one is answering or helping me with this situation. I am out of 98 dollars and I never even got to stay here. Highly disappointed.
