BT Rooms Tulum

Excelente servicio, estuvieron muy atentos a nuestra llegada, la habitación amplia, cómoda con una decoración hermosa, la piscina muy agradable, cada detalle cuidado con excelencia.

A small oasis in central Tulum. Spacious, comfortable room with a mini-fridge and near lots of restaurants. Easy communications with the proprietor and the staff keeps everything spotless. We loved our time there! Great property! Might be nice to have a luggage rack or some hangers, but that wasn’t a big deal.

Excellent design Nothing it was great and check in was easy

In the room where I stayed, the bathtub opened directly into the main area of the room. There was NO wall between the bathtub and the living area. The rest of the bathroom (toilet and shower) adjacent to the bathtub had the wall and was not visible from the room but no privacy for smells and sounds. Didn't bother me because I was by myself but could be an issue otherwise. Not sure if other rooms are like that but it's best to double-check before booking.

Easy to communicate with the host and simple to get our door access code. Very close to everything - The Tulum strip, Oxxo, and the Cenotes. Was very romantic for my girlfriend and I. Would stay here again.

Place really nice location lil questionable

The rooms are very comfy, clean and spacious . All we needed. This is not a hotel, there are no staff on a front desk. There was a fellow around the property doing clean up and maintenance but it wasn’t obvious if he was around. Not a big deal but just be prepared for it.

Location, pool, value, size and decor of room. The pool was especially lovely. Close to everything we needed-bus, colectivo, great restaurants! No staff were seen on site for 2 days, no place to put suitcases on or hang clothes. Loud nightclub playing music until 3 AM.

Beautiful, brand new, great pool. Comfortable room, central location. Lots of construction noise.

It is a beautiful newer build with a very modern aesthetic. The bed is very comfy, the bathroom is large and well equipped. The linens and towel are of a luxurious quality. The wall of glass let’s in a lot of light and a lovely view of the pool. The mini fridge and nespresso machine were used regularly. I think the location was good. It’s a bit removed, but still has access to restaurants and banks, pharmacies, etc. It’s a quiet location. The welcome left a little to be desired.

Amazing room and awesome location next to restaurants and bars. Super comfortable rooms and amazing staff! nothing- exceeded my expectations.

My sister and I enjoyed that the property was located around numerous eateries and bars. Walking distance to a lot of stuff which was nice! We also liked that it was secured and could only access with a key. It was also pretty quiet.

Location was fantastic!
