The staff very helpful. The location is very good. The restaurant is so good with good service. Nothing. Everything was perfect

When checking in, one of the managers tried to cancel my reservation because he wanted his friends to stay at the hotel (my reservation was the last one for the day). As I was standing there, he spoke to security in a different language (Polish, but I am black, so I think he assumed that I didn't know how to speak Polish, but I do!! That's how I knew he wanted the room for his friends) and then the security guard tried to tell me that the hotel is full and so I couldn't stay there anymore. I told him that I already have a reservation and came to this city from Canada. Everywhere else is booked because of the Zamna festival, where would I go?! He didn't seem to care and insisted that his friends needed to stay here and not in his room any longer (in Polish, to the security guard). How is that my problem?! Upon check out, I tried to explain that the "deposit" was taken off of my DEBIT card and not my CREDIT card. Meaning that $500 MXD was manually removed from my bank account. They will not give it back to me and told me that I have to go through my bank to get my money back. This is going to be such a frustrating avenue to go down now. Because it was my first time there- they would not accept a cash deposit, and I was STUCK.

Beautiful stylish hotel right in Tulum centro. Perfect location. Very friendly staff and beautiful rooms, great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner and roof top with a dj and cocktails daily if you want little party. Best hotel in Tulum centro at the great cost

The rooms are very nice and roomy and the location was just close enough in town to see the city sights. Did not like the fact that the loud rooftop bar/ music sounds were thundering until 2am. Great hotel if you are participating in the upstairs festivities.

The hotel pipes in loud techno music until 2 am every night. No exaggeration. It's unacceptable. Unless you plan to be up until 2 am every night do not stay here. It's a shame because otherwise the hotel is nice.
