Zereno Tulum Beach Club Access

Beautiful room, good breakfast and great staff. A bit far away from tulum downtown, but the staff get us a scooter so all good. :)

The pool area is nice but because of the greenery, there is no sun. There should be a pool bar for guests. Breakfast should be available in your room and not by the pool.

The breakfast area is a bit small so the staff have to coordinate timings with guests a day in advance. We skipped breakfast at the hotel for more flexibility and got to try more food options in Tulum.

Nice modern facilities Hard to find from road, name covered with vegetation and small entry kinda hidden. Tried calling for help but phone link didn't answer and WhatsApp from agency didn't respond. Receptionist said they were not correct numbers. Asked to talk to management about issue and they didn't show. Pool looked unhealthy, saw no one use it. Rooms on road side noisy and room we were in was moldy smelling. Review request from agency on WhatsApp when I answered it, they basically said it was my problem they had supplied enough information to locate and didn't address the lack of response using provided phone numbers.

I like the continental breakfast option I enjoyed the nature and the facilities We were not able to use the pool they were doing maintenance and we were not notified

I was present with my children, and I have arranged for them to utilize the pool if they or I do not wish to venture outside. However, it is important to note that the pool has been closed for three days.

The property was very clean and well kept. Our room was well taken care of the staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was always on time and fresh. Overall the property was very beautiful and exactly what I was looking for in terms of relaxation. Location was in the middle of everything, and easy to find. I did wish the property had a hot tub because it did get pretty cool at nights and the water in the pool was always too cold during the day. So we did not get to enjoy the pool.

Zereno Tulum is a beautiful place. The staff were extremely nice and went out of their way to make sure you were accommodated (would even remind you about what time to bring breakfast). Renting a bike was super cool and it being in a gated area- as a solo traveler- made me feel safer. My room was along the road so the constant cars, trucks, cats, and people were loud a lot of the time. There was also a huge fire burning across the street almost everyday, so I didn’t spend much time on the terrace. The room doors are very light so when people would come in and out, the doors would slam. I also wish there was somewhere to grab a snack or drink at the property.

Location was nice, the facility was clean There was no hot water, there were no blankets on the bed, only a sheet, no coffee, only one big towel and one hand towel, no face cloths

Nice staff, nice environment

We loved our stay! The beds were comfortable, everything was convenient, location close to beach and downtown, with parking! Absolutely would book again! The staff were very polite and responsive and super accommodating. Breakfast was nice but quantity was not enough, it’s more of a snack before breakfast, but we had a nice kitchen to supplement. There weren’t enough hooks for towels or anywhere to dry clothes/bathing suits etc.

A little noisy

Staff were great, they helped me get around and tended to my needs. We were able to borrow towels to go to the beach. They have some bicicles available to rent. Close to some of the main roads and not too far from the beach and cenotes.

The rooms were big, clean and relaxing jungle vibes. Staff were courteous and friendly. We got a unit with two rooms for family of 5. Private location with someone monitoring when driving in and out. Close to pharmacies, restaurants and stores. Breakfast was fruit, yogurt with granola, coffee and juice. Would have been nice to have beans and eggs. Pool is small but for the time spent there it was okay.
