Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Beautiful scenery. Easy access to bathrooms. Free water. Friendly and flexible staff. Well located. Lack of privacy at times. Too much noise at times. Very hot during the day.

Buena ubicación.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff that gives advice and recommendations on things to do and see. Great location on the main road of Tulum, easily reachable by bus. The facilities are clean and well maintained, well equipped kitchen. The hostel has a nice garden with a pool which creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom of the female dorm was not cleaned on one day, but this was probably only an oversight.

Great hostel right in the center of Tulum city. Beautiful garden, big kitchen, nice breakfast and comfy beds. Free activities such as yoga on the rooftop.

the breakfast was sufficient When I checked in I was charged above and beyond what booking.com charged. they claimed a bunch of made up taxes and the price doubled.
-
Everything, especially heartfelt stuff, and fellow travelers.

It is a big hostel, so you get the chance to talk to more people. I liked the atmosphere. The washrooms and bathrooms were so old and it feels like they are dirty, however they are not, they are just old! I didn’t like the breakfast, very limited options. 8 beds in a dorm is a lot. It should be maximum 6 beds. They should have more couches and sofas in the yard.
-
The only thing that needs some attention is the bikes. They are poorly maintained and given the state they are in the price they ask for renting is too much.
-
The grounds, the workers, the kitchen, the location. The female dorm needs bigger lockers and a larger shelf for the beds to lay phones and eyeglasses and a bottle of water.
-
The dorm was awful! The sink was not even fixed and always holding the dirty water in. The upper beds have no protection line so be careful. Solo travellers shouldn’t pick this place if needs some social interaction because there was no + they were not able to sell beer due to some legal reasons.

I loved how friendly the women who made breakast was! She was really sweet and made me feel at home - also appreciated they had a vegan option of toast and hummus(and almond milk!!) Beautiful trees and hammocks - tons of places to sit and relax. I didn’t like how they were playing music all the time - took away from the nature element. At least they could have turned it off earlier as one night I wanted to go to bed at 9 but loud music was playing even though no one was hanging out. I recommend they turn it off at 9 and then if people wanna play music they can on their phones!

Great location with easy access to businesses around the downtown Tulum area. Staff was friendly and very helpful even after I sustained an injury on an excursion providing ice and even getting some supplies for me at pharmacy when I couldn't walk there on my own. Beautiful property and nice pool I wish I could enjoy more before I got hurt. Great stay. No real issues with my stay. Great hostel. The walk from bus station was a little rough as there wasn't always a paved sidewalk but that's more of a city infrastructure thing.

All the staff were really nice! Breakfast had a gluten free option to my surprise which is great since I'm gluten free! Also, being a coffee snob I always travel with my personal stash of coffee but honestly their coffee was so good I didn't even use mine! Perhaps the music was a little loud for my taste at times during the day and early evening which made it more challenging to talk to others. But it's not a deal breaker!

Staff were super friendly and kind. All questions were addressed properly and pro-tips were given. The pool area and the patio are the stars of the location The tidiness of the rooms, specially the bathroom could have been better, but for the price it was okay.
