The pool was decent and there were cool plants in the open courtyard. Not air conditioned, it seemed rather unclean…

Great service... Rooms are nice and confortable stayed in a Doble bed downstairs... This is me been lazy... Kitchen all the way to top... but very well equipped.

Beautiful building and each bed has its own fan and private curtains. Coed room only available when I stayed.

the staff was welcoming, and the bed quite comfy. However, the A/C was quite loud and next to our heads on the top bunk beds. And the bathroom is right into the room, which is not practical in terms of noise. Otherwise good

I arrived late and left early so I barely see nothing but the room was nice and it is close to ADO and collectivos stations.

This hostel was so comfortable, clean, nice & a bargain that I've decided to stay for a few more week instead of going elsewhere..hurry-up & go to Moonshine-Tulum to take advantage of their facilities & meet Jose, Alvaro & Mia the lobby dog & all the courteous staff..great vibes!

Staff is super friendly and make you feel comfortable. It's a quiet neighbourhood where you can sleep well. Every bed has its own power plug, light and curtains for privacy. Hot water in the showers all the time and also free drinkable water.

Rooftop pool was very nice. Large comfortable room. There were windows to a breezeway where lots of noise would get through. The sliding door to the balcony got jammed so we couldn't get out there.

The pool Dirty - shower had a lot of hair - bedsheets with stains - curtains with Mols - nobody cleened the shower during my stay

Our room was not quiet , I know staying in a hostel there is going to be these types of things but our doorm mates didn’t seem very respectful of other people, clothes strung over the room, lots of noise at all hours of the night. The mosquitoes were out of control and the wifi doesn’t work on every floor or at all sometimes
