Great place in a perfect location close to restaurants but down a quiet side street. Amazing rooms, nice pool, fast wifi, good price. No problems.

The staff was very accommodating before our arrival and had the sofa bed all made up for us. It was justctwo of us so the kitchen supplies we enough. We would stat here again. Nothing really. If more than ppl kitchen supplies may not be problematic. If you are into completely updated and modern esthetics, the rustic vibe of Live Tulum will not be a good fit for everyone. That said, we really appreciated it.

Not necessarily a dislike...But for some could be problematic...Not enough cooking tools for those who plan to mostly cook. Needs a little updating if your worried about those issue. For us it was fine. Not necessarily easy to get to the beach, if that's where you intend to spend most of your time. Would we stay again absolutely!

Location I requested an additional blanket but the night attendant told me there were no blankets and the heater in my room wasn’t working.

Stayed only one night out of 14. The unit was completely filthy and neither of us could stay. As were there for 14 days we had to pay for another accommodation. And when we told the manager( or we think was the manager). He basically said. Sorry nothing I can do. Unbelievable! And not in a good way!

Great location, walking distance to many bars and resturant, room was spacious and it was nicely decorated.

spacious , clean , inexpensive, quiet, and a balcony overlooking the pool . Exterior is attractive , free parking and old but nice pool. staff did respond within 1day to fixing leaking faucet & disabled TV. No elevator-the desk clerk sat and watched a small retired woman carry up her big suit case to 2nd floor. Everything in Room very dated, drab colors, uncomfortable furnishings, 3 day stay never saw staff. I would not recommend, it’s not worth the low cost.

Really nice place, really good location, clean and confortable. I worked from there and internet was really good. There are a lot of places to eat breakfast and lunch near by.
