Noisy A/C. The A/C was very old and its fan was very noisy.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Depending on your floor, you have to climb stairs with your luggage. The included breakfast is not served in the hotel, but either at a hotel nearby or a restaurant next door.

Really friendly staff, clean room and nice pool to relax by. Near grocery stores which was convenient for getting cheap snacks and such. Free purified water to refill our water bottles before we left which was great. Shampoo and conditioner were eco friendly which is great for the environment, unfortunately my hair doesn't love it. If you are similar pack your own shampoo with you.

The room is big and the price is low, but that’s all. The room smells awful. Everything is dirty and worn out. Towels better suited for cleaning the floors, not wiping your body. The sink was so dirty I could tell what toothpaste used the previous 3 guests. Hair strings on the sheets. Unusable electricity sockets . And so on and so forth. I ended up booking in another hotel and didn’t spend the 2 nights which were already paid. When I took my luggage and checked out early, they even didn’t asked “anything wrong?”

Great staff, beautiful room and luxurious.

I liked the location, and it was very quiet. Small Parking lot and lobby personnel are very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Open 24 hrs, no issues. Old furniture, bathroom sink, and accessories. No cleaning on the first day. Old towels. Slippery on the patio with ceramic.

By booking All was good excelente

We had a very nice stay. Clean room, friendly and polite guys at the reception. Very beautiful inner terrace with the pool.

The property is clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly, especially Chris who was very kind and helped answer all the questions we asked.

The rooms are perfect and the location is great. It was definitely our favourite place during our 3 weeks' vocation in Mexico

Breakfast options were limited but the food was ok I recommend a microwave in the room since no restaurant is located on the property

The room was big with decent if noisy air conditioning and good shower. It didn’t feel like a hotel. When we arrived the receptionist looked us clearly thinking we were a big older than other guests and said that whilst we were booked for a room on the top (2nd) floor he would swap it to an identical room so that we only had one flight of stairs - no lift. Turned out the room wasn’t identical as no balcony and we were to carry our own luggage. He went on to explain that we could choose to not have the room serviced each day for more privacy but definitely felt like it was to save them the bother. The room was extremely basic - towels were utterly horrid, greying, stained, not at all fluffy and fraying - all of them - really awful. Storage - there was none - just a rail and a few hangers and a couple of shelves above that far too high to reach. They take a hefty deposit to ensure the room is left in a decent state but we were let off this as we were older. We did not belong at this hotel for sure but doubt anyone would appreciate the place.

It was the best hotel we stayed in Yucatán at this price range. Good location, staff was very helpful and kind. Good shower, hot water. They take a deposit at the entrance and give it back at the heck out in case of no damage.
