Decent , not enough parking To close to noisy street They flatly refused to provide hair shampoo or soso, to basic facility and service was poor.

The invoice was denied

Don't stay in the cheapest room option ( first floor ones) because the mattress was terribly hard. Thankfully the staff was kind enough to move me to a nicer room which had an exponentially better bed for my second night!
-
No shampoo or body soap, which I missed and needed for my shower. The location was great but I could hear all the noise from the bars so it was too noisy, which affected my rest as I couldn’t sleep properly.
-
What was strange was that there was no soap in the shower and toilet(!) According to the reception staff, it has been like this for a long time. They told the owner but he doesn't order. This is not expected from a 4 star hotel and it's a shame that the rating was lowered for pennies. The reception staff were kind and helpful. no soap in the shower and toilet
-
Perfect area near the city and restaurants No TV in the room.

The receptionist were amazing. Super helpful and was able to assist me on finding places in the area. No Hot Water. Shower water pressure was awful. AC wasn’t strong enough in my room and still was hot even at night. Barely had time to spend near the pool because it was constantly hogged by the same people who seemed to be residents on the property.

A little oasis in the heart of Tulum!

The hotel is one of the coziest, prettiest I have ever stayed in. It is also clean, and relaxing during the day. Perfect for a one or two night stay to explore Tulum and surroundings. Location: Whilst centric in the village, the hotel is 20 minutes away from the coast by bike, and It would have been helpful to know previously that Tulum beaches are mostly privatised by hotel resorts. The public beach is not only far away, but full of algae. If you want to go to the coast, you either need to bike or take a taxi, which is inconvenient. Amenities: the hotel has a pool, but it is more for decoration and aesthetic purposes in my opinion. There is also no gym and no restaurant/bar. Noise: since the hotel is close to many village clubs, it gets really noisy until ~3am, especially in the weekend. I'd suggest to bring ear plugs! Other considerations: the hotel does not provide with shower gel or shampoo, only hand soap. You can't throw toilet paper in the toilet, otherwise it will get clogged. The hot water in the shower takes 10 to function. There is a big tree in the centre of the pool which keeps the pool and rooms mostly shady and cool; if your goal is to tan in the pool, this ain't the place.

Fantastic location, within walking distance to a lot of cute restaurants and cafes; the property is well maintained, the pool area very aesthetically pleasing; room is spacious and clean with great AC (we were on the ground floor with pool view); staff is extremely friendly and willing to assist with local recommendations and tours; we rented bikes for 2 days directly at the hotel for which we’ve gotten a discount

DO NOT STAY HERE. They will rob you. Someone who works at the hotel opened my lock door at 12 am while I was in the hotel room. The showers also have no hot water. YOU ARE NOT SAFE HERE and I cut my trip short after an attempted robbery. The front desk staff watches when you enter and leave, and while they seem nice, they are definitely part of the robbery system there.

Nice room, central location. We booked the place to have a nice hotel where we could swim with our toddler, however the pool was super murky (could not see the floor), which means unusable as it could mean dangerous bacteria, kind of ruining the whole stay. There are 1000 alternatives in Tulum with pools, don't choose this one.

Very good

It seemed very nice and romantic It was promised that they had toiletries, but when I questioned, they responded that yeah, we mentioned it in the booking, but we didn't have any, including soap to wash our hands. There was a TV malfunction, and they even repaired it at 10 p.m. in our room, so we had to ask them to leave. Because there was a nightclub or something adjacent to the hotel with really loud music, it was impossible to sleep till 2:00 AM. The most terrible stay. The hotel had potential, but the previously mentioned faults destroyed our visit.

Good location. Good size room with fridge and outside seating. Nice gardens and pool. Nothing, it's a nice hotel

I liked the look of the facade, the central location and the cleanliness. The wifi was quite stable as well. I was really disappointed and surprised to find out that basic amenities were missing, even though the economy double room that I booked was advertised to include them (free toiletries, TV, mini fridge). Furthermore, the beds and pillows were really uncomfortable and there was a lot of noise at night from the nearby rooftop club. The fan with the lamp stopped working, and the A/C didn’t respond most of the time (we used 3 different remotes and the problem persisted throughout our stay, it seems like the A/C was the problem). When I voiced my concerns, the male staff member was not helpful at all and didn’t even apologize. The ladies were much nicer, and allowed me to use the fridge of the staff. I had to go and buy my own toiletries though (soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothpaste etc.). After reading many positive reviews, I expected more.

The location is so good, the hotel is clean generally The bad is so uncomfortable:( there is a filter coffe machine in the room but there is no coffee for it! There is no soap in the bathrooms even for washing hands!
-
The hotel is on a quiet side street in the centre of all the action( restaurants, shopping) All rooms should come equipped with a fridge we stayed in two different rooms and our first room didn't have one) also simple hand soap would have been greatly appreciated.

Great location, modern hotel. The staff was very helpful. The only negative was that the bed was too hard.

Location was ok, not too noizy but close to places to eat and go out Everything was a bit shabby and dated. Not much light as windows open to courtyard where is a huge tree and lightning in rooms is also poor.
