The staff was the greatest: Rene took care of me with bicycle, motorcycle and tour planning and Jose Luis (the owner) even gave me a ride to the bus station when I was ready to leave. Overall: above and beyond As with most locations here there were mosquitos and there was a little highway noise but not excessive.

The bungalows were cute and surrounded by jungle plants which was nice to wake up to. The pool although quite chilly was always clean and welcoming, and my daughter loved it! The staff was so kind and friendly, especially José Luis who was extremely helpful when we needed anything, and so sweet with my daughter. She did not want to leave Tulum because of him! The property was very close to a few of the popular cenotes, which was great! The location was slightly farther from Tulum Centro than we had thought, it was not a walkable distance to many places and we had to rent a car. The music is quite loud in the pool/main area during the day. I enjoyed the music but I think it could be turned down so that you can easily chat by the pool without yelling.

The owner was disrespectful and rude! The room was damp, curtains were not closing, no blanket was given.Garden was smelling after cat pee.The bicycles were "free",but unstable and old. Location is 10/15min by bicycle from centre. There are not good restaurants nearby.

From check in to check out the staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so friendly and helpful (even with a bit of a language barrier at times they were truly accommodating)! The location is fantastic if you don’t mind renting bikes (free with stay) and riding to downtown (about ten-fifteen minutes) for food and shopping or even to the beach and beach club area (a bit longer of a ride, but easy enough if you are comfortable - about forty minutes). The atmosphere and ambiance of the property makes you feel like you are in the middle of the jungle, a real “vibe” but you’re still close enough to see and do things. I just left and I already want to come back - sooner than later too! It is a bit far from the beach (as I mentioned) but it isn’t a terrible bike ride to get there (about 40 minutes by bicycle or much quicker by taxi). That being said, the location is great if you want a more peaceful secluded stay away from the tourists.

Beautiful natural jungle environment Location is a little bit far from things, but no problem if you have any kind of vehicle

the whole resort was exceptional. was a wonderful by chance find. the pricing was super cheap, and to walk into a serene location just blew us away. unfortunately we were just driving through and did not have time to actually relax and stop. but i am thinking of definitely making the trip back over the border to mexico to visit this location again, this time maybe with a few other couples. water pressure great, water temp great, shampoo, soap, 2 bathrobes, 2 pool towels, 2 bath towels, coffee machine with items, water bottles, a mini fridge, a small safe, a blanket and AC all provided for the small price. the only thing that i was not very comfortable on the king bed in room 7. it felt like the springs were just old inside and not soft.

Building noise behind us. But it stops by 6pm. You can hear traffic noise but if they turn the music on by the pool it drowns it out. The restaurant was not open for breakfast which it says it is at 8am

The room was very nice as was the bed. The location is great and the surroundings are lovely. Also, it is very nice and quiet which was great. The staff were helpful in trying to solve our issues. However, the shower was completely unacceptable. No warm water, and when you turned on the shower the water poured onto the floor outside the shower and completely soaked the bathroom floor. The shower head was not adjustable. We loved the location and the room. WiFi was very spotty which is a problem if you need to do online banking. Also, we informed the hotel when making our reservation that we would arrived between 2:00 and 3:00. There was no one in the office when we arrived. Also, there was no ice available on the premises.

A perfect place just outside Tulum. You feel more in contact with nature. Having bicycles was an amazing convenience. Unfortunately, not the managers fault but digging is undergoing everywhere. Soon there will be a complex behind this wonderful place. The locals seem to be ruining the place.

The staff were so friendly and helpful 10/10. The pool and lounge area were good to hang out alone, with friends or with other guests. The food was really so very delicious and the margaritas as well! The rooms/habitaciones were quiet and well isolated, and the other guests were respectful. Without a car, it's not the most accessible location. Which is both a good thing since it is quiet hotel but if you want to go to centro, you'll have to bike, rent a scooter, or take a colectivo. The room was excessively humid, and the cleaner didn't change out our towels or floor towels that were clearly dirty after a weeks stay.

This property is likely one of the best for what you pay in Tulum. While the location is a little bit inconvenient, bicycles are free and they offer scooters and four wheelers. Everything is nicely decorated. The bungalows are lovely. And private. The pool is perfect. There are cute spots to hang out everywhere. The food was delicious. Camilo was helpful with every request I had by far the best service I’ve experienced on this trip.

The bungalows are situated in a beautifully decorated garden. The staff is super friendly and helpful, we enjoyed sitting outside on our porch or around the pool. The pool is a big plus! Even though it's on the main road, we could forget about that in the oasis that this place is. The room is spacious with all amenities, wifi/AC working well, there's even a fridge and a coffee maker! The room is quite moist. It's not possible to sleep with the windows open because there's no mosquito nets... Sleeping with airco is just not for everyone. Also the mattress felt like it's best years are over and could use a soft topper.

The hotel is absolutely gorgous and the people that attended us were extremely nice! The bedroom was awesome! No hot water and there were so many mosquitoes! We do recommend that maybe they could put mosquito nets on the beds.

Nice “villa” concept. On a road, kind of isolated & loads of mold.
