Nice clean hotel near restaurants. Musty smell in the bathroom

Cool hotel!

Nice location and the rooftop pool is ok The reception and first floor are nice. The pictures look amazing but the Queen Rooms are very small and extremely basic. They don’t have windows to the exterior. The terrace looks inside the hotel, not outside. That’s not specified or clear in the pictures. I booked it thinking I would have fresh air and a view. There was no hot water in the shower. They don’t give you drinking water.

We stayed 3 nights. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It was a great area and the room was nice. The WiFi worked well. They even had bikes to rent. We would definitely stay again.

I found the staff to be extremely kind and helpful. The place itself is lovely — nice quiet space with great aesthetic. Super clean and just over all good vibes. I’d definitely return and I have already recommended it to others. Nothing — honestly it was great, no thoughts on what could be improved because it was so good as is.

The room was very nice and tidy, with a comfortable bed and bathroom. The hotel was very quiet, which we enjoyed. There was some construction happening nearby and the manager offered to move us to a quieter room, but we declined as the noise wasn't an issue for us. The hotel is in a nicely designed, newer part of town that's easy to walk around. We had no issues finding free parking very close to the hotel. There were more mosquitoes in the room compared to other places that we stayed at during this trip.

Additional bikes would be helpful, and the atrium like style of the center of hotel where the rooms are off means that you can easily hear noises such as the opening of other hotel room doors, etc. but altogether the area and other guests were quiet.

the set up is really cute and clean! In a nice area Aldea Zama! The staff were very friendly and I believe they did their best to make my stay comfortable there is a lot of construction around the hotel and the walls are so thin . there is a club/resto bar near by they okay loud music so it made it really difficult to sleep. I didn’t have hot water during my entire stay. the only solution I was given was to run the water for 15 minutes which never really solved the problem. my first night I had bites all day I could barely sleep ! such an unpleasant experience
