Great room, pool and outside bathroom was a lovely experience. The bamboos and tropical gardens and atmosphere. Staff were extremely friendly. Also net around the bed was a nice touch The turtles in the fountain seemed a bit cramped not too much space for them to move around and explore, no stimulation or greenery in there, there was a larger pond near the sauna the hotel should reconsider moving them to.

Hidden gem just outside the city center of Tulum, easily accessible by car. Remarkably quiet for a roadside property. It felt like a little honeymoon. Very cute! Comfortable bed and great shower. Friendly staff as well. We only stayed for two nights :(

Beautiful inside the property. Very private villas. We had one with a private pool but it was a bit unseasonably cool so the pool was cold. Wonderful staff! Very kind and helpful. It’s a bit outside the main area of Tulum which we liked, though it’s right on the main road so there’s some traffic noise.

very cozy--- jungle and zen feeling. But be careful of the insects, it is in the jungle and doors are not sealed tight. Doors can be sealed better. Pest control.

The best hotel we stayed at in Mexico! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. One thing that really stood out was how they communicated with us through WhatsApp every day, just to check in and see if we needed anything. It made us feel cared for and truly valued as guests. They assisted with all our requests, whether it was recommendations, reservations, or small personal needs. Everything was handled quickly and with a smile. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we genuinely felt relaxed the entire stay. Their kindness and attention to detail made our experience unforgettable. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. A perfect example of true hospitality in Mexico! ??✨ There was no TV in the room, but honestly, the room itself was so comfortable and beautifully designed that I didn’t really miss it. The space was cozy, clean, and perfect for relaxing. If the pool had been heated, I would have never wanted to leave the hotel at all! It’s a wonderful place to disconnect, unwind, and enjoy the atmosphere. With just a few small improvements, it would easily be a perfect stay.

The grounds are beautiful and the location is amazing and you can take steps down to the water and lay out on the deck in the hammocks. Staff was friendly. The grounds are beautiful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Beautiful stay in great plunge pool. I really enjoyed the property and felt like I was in the jungle. The staff is helpful and nice. The location requires taxis or a car.

We had an amazing stay ! The villa exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, and the plunge pool was absolutely perfect to relax in after a long day of exploring. The staff was very kind and the location is also super convenient, just a 5-minute drive from the city center. Would definitely stay here again!

It was such a beautiful ambiance, we loved the room, design and everything! The pool was hard to swim, it gets dirty in couple of hours and it is not so cozy to swim. Besides, since there was coffee machines in the room, it could be more complimentary capsules I believe

Beautiful location. Everything was very clean and tidy. The front desk staff was amazing and the cleaning staff made sure we came back to a clean room. I would definitely stay again. My spouse and I had an outstanding experience.

There’s some construction going on, noise was the worst part to the stay, power outage no hot water at evening when we checked in

Beautiful space and peaceful vibes.. this place is actually serene… I would come here a million times over Only thing that was slightly concerning was at night, Since my room was right next to where the workers clean, when I showered I would feel as if they can see me ?? But who cares I’m on vacay ?
