Hotel Tupelo, a Wyndham Hotel

I called the front desk at 11:30 p.m. to please ask these guests to go inside their rooms as we could not sleep. Instead the voices and chatter became worse. I called the front desk again at midnight and was told they were on the 2nd floor patio not on the 3rd floor at all. I stated that they still sounded just as loud as they were right outside my door. This lasted until 3 a.m.!!! Unbelievable! Needless to say we did not have a good sleep at all. I have to say that I find it hard to believe the hotel does not have a quiet after 10 p.m. policy and that these guest could be so rude and ignorant! To top it off the next morning after showering we found huge puddles of water on the floor that had to come from underneath the floor. Our 44th year anniversary was ruined. do not stay here.

Excellent hotel. Great location. Just a couple of complaints. Coffee and breakfast on Saturday doesn’t start until 9am. Coming from an earlier time zone we were ready for breakfast long before it was available. The bathrooms need a night light to help wandering around in the dark. The shower wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Old funk in the shower glass track and some hair left behind. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Dinner in the adjacent restaurant was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately my room was pretty dirty. There was hair in the shower and smudges. I called to have them come clean it but they said the cleaning staff was already gone for the day and they could not get to it until tomorrow. I like this location and the amenities are nice, but it was unfortunate to have a dirty room that could not be cleaned until the next day.

We didn't eat at the hotel. Restaurants was closed Saturday morning Lots of noise in hall . Our room was near elevator. Some staff were not friendly or helpful. I asked to have ice bucket and two champagne glasses in our room. O glasses there. When I asked at restaurant and front desk I was offered a styrofoam cup. The restaurant would not allow us to use any of their glassware. Housekeeping staff came to our door each day and just asked if we needed anything. We got clean towels but they did not offer to come back and do any housekeeping. After we left our room for the day. Trash was not taken out or anything.

Location and a really nice looking place. Pet friendly. The hallway smelled bad like a wet dog and a dog was barking next door to our room a lot

My friend and I were in town for a show and Hotel Tupelo was a great choice, not only for location but the hotel and restaurant staff were fantastic. The room was clean and being able to park on the street was super handy. I will definitely be back.

Nicely done, to the details. Someplace you look forward to staying. And quiet-

Classy hotel in a great location near to downtown. Food and drinks were excellent and not as expensive as other places. Had a local singer on whilst we there, which was a great addition. Free parking on site was also a bonus. Only a small thing but the hairdryer wasn’t working in our room and when I went to reception to ask for a replacement they didn’t have any spare ones. A bit disappointing!
