Bendis Beach Hotel

Absolutely disgusting food served in the hotel, often reused from the day before. There were massive queues at the restaurant to get the food and after queuing for 15 mins we heard that the food is finished, even tho there was still one hour left until the breakfast or lunch finishes. Rooms were dirty, there was a smell in the bathroom and rust everywhere. There was salty water coming out of shower and sink. AC in the room was working but certainly never cleaned properly as it gave us infection. Most of the staff is really hardworking but almost none of them speaks good English or any other language then Turkish. When you're at the dining area you can expect that the staff is going to clean the floors while you eat your food, they also often take your plate or drink before you finish it. The alcohol served in the bar was very low quality, unknown brands that nobody ever heard of. Honestly speaking I have no idea where the 4 stars come from.

The service was very good, staff are trying to help as much as they can. Food is also nice with good variety. Good value for money. The facility is old also its amenities. Location is far.

Staff all very friendly. Food was a good variety and lots of traditional Turkish food which we were hoping for, also plenty available and restocked regularly. Large swimming pool and loved the extra pool with 2 water slides. Room had everything we needed. Some signs of wear and tear here and there. Room cleaned every day on request with fresh towels. Evening entertainment was great for kids with something different each night for adults. There were day time games too for adults to take part in around the pool, usually some form of competition. Hotel very close to the beach. The children's park was very small (one swing, one slide and a seesaw with one seat missing) and no proper shade so we only took our daughter there on an evening and wouldn't stay long. The floor in our room was dirty when we arrived and never seemed to be properly cleaned so we always worse sandals when in the room. Everyone put towels out on the sunbeds whether they were there or not which was very irritating. The hotel shouldn't allow this and should remove them when not in use.

Cats, the sea, the rooms, hamburger time during the afternoon, the buffet at dinner, the ping pong Entertainment in the evening, m4fia being used as an offensive stereotype towards italians

At Bendis Beach Hotel we liked everything. Friendly and respectful staff, very clean, nice pool, The only thing I can complain is that they did not provide ice-cream but I we manage to get from the corner shop ?
