The worst reception & restaurant staff Rooms are not well maintained, mattresses not comfortable and cleanliness was not satisfying. The snack restaurant wasn’t serving properly since we scan the barcode on the table, order and write notes but they deliberately made mistakes and didn’t want to help. They were racist and no other word can be used instead. You come to front desk and see availability on websites like booking but you want to book & check in faster. They ask you for how long you would stay so if you say I will book for a night then I see tomorrow, the receptionist will immediately say we are fully booked and that what happened with us then I booked through booking, but the next day they escalated the situation and told us that we can’t renew and changed the policy on booking to be minimum stay 2 nights then I researched and found another website that we could book through and showed it up to the receptionist and told them that they forgot to change the policy then we told them that we can renew but we don’t want the place anymore.

There was no good AC also no good shades to block the windows in the room.

When we arrived, we have been very well welcomed, the staff was very helpful and the check in was smooth. They have given us all the information related to the hotel and the facilities we have. 1. Food - all the meals were very diverse and very tasteful; we had always a lot of options from where to choose. Also, A la Carte Restaurants where very nice, the food was very good, and we have enjoyed each culinary experience. 2. Room - the room was very big and clean when we arrived. There are some few changes that needs to be done in the bathroom, but it was not a problem for us. 3. Beach - there are 2 parts with sandy beach very nice and clean 4. Pool - there is a very big pool and clean, so we have enjoyed a lot. 5. Kids club - we were very surprised about kid's club, the ladies where very nice, they had a lot of activities and games. 6. Staff - the people from bars and restaurants were very nice and pleasant. The only thing we didn't like it was the front office manager who took a lot of time to solve our issue which was also caused by the hotel employees. Also, there have been situation when the room was not clean.

Nothing to mention The pools are not clean, 1 elevator serving 4 floors always busy, the AC in room is very poor and dont function properly, staff don’t speak english much, while booking the pictures were different than actual room, queen bed is actually small , no sofa inside the family room which is strange, the room is not clean. Breakfast time until 10:30am and lunch start at 12:00pm and finish 2:00pm which don’t make sense , food options limited and reparative don’t worth what we paid. We suffer with beds and umbrella as the guests used to wake up early and reserve beds and umbrellas which is strange to us.

Swimming pool only AC - hotel said AC is old and cannot make rooms cold Room - Dirty, insects, old Beach - Dirty Staff - not professional Food - not clean, no variety Bathroom - broken glass, bathtub leaking water in bathroom, smell always bad THE WORST RESORT I HAVE BEEN IN MY LIFE, must be 3 or 2 starts and Booking.com you have to change the pictures as its not reflecting the rooms in actual life you are scamming us!

Car park coming full and you should park on street

Great location, nice beach and 10 mins walk along the promenade for shopping and views of the marina. Lovely pool and settings. Table service for all inclusive snacks and drinks were a good touch, no need to queue up for ages. Boat trips and water sports on site. Beautiful sunset daily - unforgettable views from the sea view rooms. Polite and helpful staff. Food a bit repetitive. Dinner service finished promptly at 9pm - they actually started to remove all the food from the buffet at 9pm so if you joined the restaurant at that time, there’d be no more food left, so it all felt very rushed. Bathrooms were dated and old, use of too many small plastic bottles of shampoo and shower gel (although no body lotion).

The staff were really helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. The food options were quite varied which was great in particular when you have children who are selective eaters. The facilities were dated, particularly in the rooms. There was mold in the rooms and the air conditioning didn’t work might be because it was just the beginning of the holiday season but the staff were willing to change the rooms again and again until we gave up and settled for the third room.

Abundance of food, great facility, decent comfort, really nice entertaining activities, many options to make your stay. Especially very nice hotel for families with kids. One of the best helpful team staff I have ever experienced! Lots of people staying ) You can feel the crowd during dining times

Superb

The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. A big shout out the the nurse at the doctors room, the lady at the reception and Metmet Ali at the dinning. I liked that there were sweets and detox drinks at the reception after over eating from the wide variety of foods both at the dinning hall and restaurants around the resort I would like to see visible life guards monitoring the pool and the beach area

We went as family/group of friends. We were 21 in number, adults and kids. The service was exceptional. I would like to especially say thank you to all the staff. Annie at the Guest Relations desk was very professional and helpful. She answered all queries and resolved all issues presented. Ismail, one of the service guys in the restaurant, was also very helpful. We also met these delightsome twins as staff at the restaurant. Everyone was helpful. We would like to visit again. We had more than enough to eat and drink. Lots of activities for adults and kids. The fridges in the rooms (at least, my friends rooms inclusive) were not cool/cold at all. The hotel could do with a better room refridgeration.. That said, if you asked for ice cubes from the kitchen, you would be given more than enough.

Entertainment ??,activities

the room WAY too much plastic / plastic straws wrapped in plastic covers. All blowing into the sea. Not ethical or sustainable tourism in any way. WAY too much selling and being bothered around the pool and beach.
