Good staff , especially Chiara & Mario , Close proximity to Duomo Toribo (Shroud of Turin) , 30 mins from Basilica Superga and 30 mins to Asti/Castel Nuovo Don Bosco. Parking is tight ,costly at 22 Euros a night Lift needs soeed adjustment ,,City tax and traffic systems/rules/signals/trams in this city in general maje driving not so much fun. Breakfast needs to be replenished too, a it wasn't for us.

The staff was very helpful. The location was great. When I presented my problem they were more than happy to solve it. Breakfast had very good variety. I would have preferred 2 separate ring of keys for the 4 of us.

Not much Almost everything. Mold on bathroom ceiling, old depressing room, very slow elevator, terrible breakfast, mostly cookies, when asked to have breakfast given before very early departure, I was given 3 tiny cookies.
