The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, and the bed linens, bathroom, and towels were all impeccably clean. Really comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was very good, with a variety of everything . The location is unbeatable. Our room was ready earlier than expected, and they happily gave us the keys ahead of check-in time.

Great location, cute, clean, great staff, good breakfast Nothing! It was a little complicated to get in after hours but they send you pictures and directions that make it easy.

Location, customer service, cleanliness Everything is excellent

Big rooms, friendly staff

The location is just perfect for experiencing the real Turin. You are close to many historical places and hidden gems and churches. It's far away from the general touristic area. The breakfast was a little rudimentary and small, while the coffee machine was simply not cleaned for a long time. - But in Italy you have caffe al banco anyways :-)

Location is just superb, and cannot be beaten. Rooms are quiet and with very good room insulation. Good and varied options for breakfast. Only criticism is that starting breakfast at 8:30am is little late for people who travel for work.

Great location, nice staff, safe access and lots of locks Basic kitchen, not a single pot or frying pan, just a few cups and kettle
-
The proximity The stairs. & breakfast is all cold

The guest house is in an excellent location with easy access to everything. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. I was arriving late , after check-in time and was sent excellent directions to self check in. I would stay here again The room we were in though lovely had an extremely thin wall. The place is historic and it is obvious that they took one of the chamber rooms and divided it with a thin /hollow wall to create 2 bedrooms. The wall was so thin you could hear the couple next door doing everything and I mean everything, from chatting to rolling in bed..we stayed in the Bianca room and the one next to us was the Cristina.. just don't stay in either of those and you'll be fine

Appreciated that the room had a mini refrigerator. The location was quite good --out of the busy-ness of the tourist hotspots, but within easy walking distance of everything you might want to visit. There was lots of lovely cafes in the neighborhood and breakfasts at Ai Savoia were a bonus (well worth the small additional cost). N/A

It was 15 minutes walking distance to all the main sights, numerous bars, cafes and restaurants within a 5 minute walk A block off the main shopping street. Walking distance to train station The air conditioner was very efficient. Temperatures were in the 90 degree range and it was refreshing to return to a pleasantly cooled room after a day of sightseeing My room was just OK. The fan in the bathroom, that came on when light was turned was very dusty and somewhat moldy. . The mattress seemed as old as the building. Very uncomfortable as it was hallowed out in the middle. The floors were sticky. Breakfast was average, nothing exciting and the same thing every day. There were 2 coffee machines, but neither was working well, and sometimes not at all. It was explained to me that the apartments were in the Bed and Breakfast class, and not a hotel, and that was why breakfast did not start until 8:30. 8:30 is late if you were in Torino to sightsee. There was a sign about closing the door on the street to the upstairs rooms but people did not adhere to it. One night I found 3 people inside the building, who were not staying there, but ducked in to avoid the rain.
