This lovely B & B was wonderfully appointed. It was much more than a room... it was a lovely little apartment. There was a sitting room, a dining area with microwave, electric kettle, nespresso type coffee maker, the refrigerator was stocked with yogurt, water, pastries, there were packaged treats, biscotti, pastries, cookies, etc.. Tea, coffee, bottled water, honey, jam, bread to make toast. A toaster. We also LOVED the location, within walking distance of the train, the historic center, many piazzi, incredible restaurants, diversity, what's not to love? And the host.. hosptiable, gracious, generous, friendly, and accommodating. 10 out of 5! There was nothing that I didn't like about this place.

Great location for Royal Palace and local cafes and restaurants. 3 rooms allowed space to eat, sleep and relax. Host was very attentive and kind and easy to communicate with.

Perfect for three. Fantastic location and host, who provided food and activity recommendations and checked in mid-stay. Breakfast cafe around corner (included) friendly and delicious. Apartment light filled and comfortable, with coffee, tea, snacks, water, juice. Went beyond expectations!

The apartment is so well located. It’s near restaurants, museums and the pedestrian zone. And the bed! Best night’s sleep we had on our trip. Andrea responded quickly to any request or question.

Really great place! Spacious, excellent location, clean, nice bathroom, friendly and helpful staff. Very good value. Probably the best place we stayed in Italy. Only issue is it was hard to find since there's no sign outside. If you don't have cell service it can be hard to arrange checking in.

Nicely decorated. Comfortable, with separate breakfast & living areas. The air-conditioning struggled to cope with the extreme heat. Breakfast selection couldn't compete with fresh alternatives in local cafes.

very cosy, comfortable, lots of snacks, location is very central the only thing is if you want to pay in credit card, it can be done at the property. But it was not a problem.

Andrea is the best host that we ever had!? We had a late checkin, and it was not a problem for Andrea to meet us. He organised a breakfast for us and gave useful recommendations of favourite places of local Italians. We had last day at Sacra di San Michele and Andrea allowed us to left our bags at the apartment till our departure to the airport. A lot of special thanks for that?? Comfortable place of living, apartment with its own history, a lot of everything inside will allow you to get in the Italian atmosphere. There was a lot of cookies to have morning, or midnight snack with tea or coffee. Good location, a lot of attractions nearby.

The house is perfectly located in the city center. breakfast was amazing at the small cafe next door- best croissant ever !
