Absolutely stunning building, helpful staff and a very good breakfast. Unfortunately no lift in the building and the air conditioning struggled to cool the room.

The design, architecture, breakfast and location. And Brutina the cat! The stairs are beautiful but a bit tiring with 37 degrees. :)

Beautiful building, with beautiful people running it, comfy bed, super clean, far from noises but very central. Amazing breakfast. Great decorations and art. Free water, you can buy wine and sit in the courtyard. Emma is a lovely host, gave us time, tips and charm. We loved it. Thank you! E&D

Very atmospheric - full of character. Location was very central. Nothing!

This beautiful property lies within an elegant old palazzo, and occupies a whole floor. There are several rooms to choose from, all stylishly appointed. Breakfast is served on the leafy terrace and changes daily. We stayed three days and were served scrambled eggs, tomatoes with whipped feta, and various pastries. And always a plate of fresh fruit…melon and peaches at this time of year. The aircon was effective and the bed was comfortable. It’s very quiet, no traffic noise at all as the hotel is in a pedestrian zone. There are several flights of stairs to climb but they are wide and not too steep. It is Europe after all, you’ll get stairs wherever you go. I would definitely return to this B&B.

Breakfast was splendid, served on the terrace of a 16th century palazzo. Entering the courtyard with frescoes was a thrill. Definitely need a return journey. The shower could have been a little larger, but it was a good shower.

Apartment is a beautiful historical building in a great location. Breakfast served on the 2nd level courtyard terrace was a real highlight- everything was delicious and home made!!! Thank u so much Elena for your warm welcome on arrival and taking such good care of us after our plane being delayed and then us getting caught in a very nasty storm . Highly recommended. Nothing

My husband and I stayed five nights nights in June. It is about 20 minutes walk from the train station on the cobblestone streets.The B&B is centrally located to the major attractions and restaurants in the city, yet it is situated in a quiet area of the town. There are some stairs as the B&B is on the third level. Our room on the corner was quiet, clean and spacious for two of us- though WiFi was spotty at the times. We had working air conditioning which was essential during the heatwave. We absolutely love the friendly and very helpful staff and lovely breakfast in the quiet terrace each morning. We highly recommend this place and would stay again in the future:-)
