We were lucky enough to find this place for our first visit to Turin and really loved it. The location is great, close to the main plazas and sights and very close to main bus lines that take you to places like Reggia di Venaria. It took a minute to find but once we did, it was all good. The room itself was spacious with ample space to unpack your bags. The windows out to the courtyard were great and if it had been a bit warmer, we could have opened the doors to the little Juliet balcony. The bed is firm like most Italian beds (I bring a foam mattress topper for these trips and it works really well) The bathroom was a good size and had great water pressure in the shower. One of the highlights was breakfast which was so generous that we took leftovers as a packed lunch one day! It includes homemade bread and cheese, yogurt, fruit and muesli, eggs, several different kinds of cakes, coffee and juice. If it were warmer, we could have eaten outside on the lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard. The staff here is amazing and make you feel really welcome and well cared for. Will definitely book again if we’re back in the city! The chairs in the breakfast room are weirdly narrow and hard to feel comfortable on. The staff were kind enough to bring in one of the more normal size chairs from outside for me.

- location is near to most of turistic landmarks (walkable distance) - communication with Gianfabbio was clear and simple. he helped us with luggage after check-out, really appreciated it - clean - breakfast is ok (omlette, tea/coffee, sanwich, cookies, some fruit mix, yoghurt, etc) - only our room was opening to the breakfast area so every morning was a bit noisy, but decent (minor issue)

Great staff, great location! I loved everything!

Room did not seem to match photos, and was very tired (needs at least some paint touchups). Lights were very cheap, and a smell coming out of the shower drain in the bathroom woke me up out of my sleep at 6am. Finally, sound insulation is an issue.

I decided not to stay at the property and instead look for accommodations elsewhere. The published photos show modern, recently renovated rooms. Unfortunately, the reality did not meet my expectations.

The layout of the room is great and beautifully designed, it does require a bit of maintenance and a few touch ups here and there.

Building is not very soundproof. We could hear guests in other rooms and also some street noise at night.

We received very good service with quick and helpful responses. The location is perfect, right in the center of Torino. Spacious room and big bathroom. However, we found the bed to hard ( it is a personal opinion) and the room not as advertised in the pictures of booking.

Good location, nice apartment, comfy bed and kitchen was great. Very loud apartment next door, barely got any sleep for 2 nights as walls are so thin.

We loved the location and the property's location in the courtyard of an old building. It felt very expensive.
