The room was perfect, clean and comfortable. Loved the balcony overlooking the street. Updated bathroom! Sara was wonderful. Will definitely stay there again when we return to Torino. Thank you for a great stay!

This was our second stay ! We were so pleased to reside for a night, in such a beautiful and historic building in the center of Torino. Everything was clean and well managed. I highly recommend Casa Della Contessa! The only frustration we had was getting into the city and trying to park our car. We look forward to our next stay and plan to take the train from Milan. Nothing! Perfect!

The 2 ladies we met were both very nice - friendly and helpful There could have been slightly more options at breakfast, however what was there was very nice, and the non-optional croissants were lovely!

Excellent olde worlde accommodation in an unbeatable location. Good breakfast, lovely staff and immaculate cleanliness. Our room was small, smallest shower ever. Noisy from Asian restaurant sharing courtyard below. Hated the Vikey E checkin - intrusive, repetitive , extremely presumptuous about connectedness.

Well located in the centrum and decorated like an old palace of a few centuries ago Not an issue for me but quite noisy for people with light sleep: the tram (old and noisy) passes under the windows and you hear showers from neighbours

Premises full of character in a very central location. We arrived in Turin at 8.30am by sleeper train and they let us leave our luggage immediately and then check in at midday. Our room was comfortable and traditional - with a high ceiling and high, comfy bed - and it had a gleaming white bathroom. Breakfast was good and served by a charming woman. In summary: Recommended! Maybe some of the paintwork is some places could be smartened up a bit, and the access was via an online link, but neither of those things bothered us.
