Amazing location, great rooms, super friendly staff, wonderful food The only point I would raise is the way parking is presented. The hotel appears in searches when filtering for hotels with parking, which could reasonably lead guests to assume that parking is available at the hotel and included in the price. However, neither is the case: the parking is located approximately 600–700 metres away and comes at an additional cost. This should be stated clearly and prominently in the hotel description to avoid misleading guests and setting incorrect expectations.

A really nice place to stay. When we arrived, they had space so upgraded our room. It was well stocked, modern, had balconies looking onto the inner courtyard. Breakfast was really good too - easily took care of dietaries. Good value for the high standard of the hotel. Would easily choose to come back. Nothing

A really lovely hotel. Right in the centre. Extremely helpful staff. Good breakfast. Nice modern rooms. Our booking had not been recorded properly. Therefore our suite was not available. We were split between 2 rooms instead. Staff apologetic and helpful. Free drinks while we waited. Parking is chargeable a few minutes drive away in a public car park.

A truly wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Turin. It is the second time we chose this hotel. The hotel is in a perfect location, ideal for exploring the city on foot and very convenient for all major sights. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always welcoming with a smile and ready to assist with anything needed. The entire property was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas, which made the stay even more comfortable. The facilities are modern and well maintained, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. Overall, a fantastic experience — I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything. The staff were especially helpful and smiling. Lovely to return to the air conditioning after a long walking day in 39 degrees. Had a drink on the terrace before going out to dinner. The location is amazing. 5 minutes walk and you're in the historic centre with the Palace and Cathedral. We would have liked the cooked breakfast to be included and not have to pay extra. The tram noise but only slightly. A mirror for make-up in bedroom (to be able to sit down) when someone is using the bathroom.
