The location excellent The staff (very friendly) The towels are a bit old, the remote control didn't really work (we asked for a replacement remote control and they didn't have it, nor would they change the batteries), the shower head was leaking, we asked for it to be replaced and they did. Overall an outdated hotel but it has the advantage of a very good location.

Perfect location in the heart of the center (walking distance for many sotes) with an excellent restaurant (breakfast was perfect too). Very kind and attentive staff. Spacious rooms and all extras included. Traveling with my young son, we were in bed by 22:00. Our room was just above the restaurant. It was noisy until midnight unfortunately.

The breakfast was awesome. And the location was perfect in that it was close to all the sites, but quiet at night. And the staff from beginning to end were super super lovely.

Excellent location & staff were super friendly & helpful. As with many European hotels there was no lift but the staff helped carry our bags to & from our room! Had dinner in the hotel & it was reasonably priced & tasty.

Advertised laundry dropped off in morning would be returned that night, but told us at desk it would not be ready for 48 hours.

Excellent position the hotel seems in need of some upgrade, the room was quite of ‘ tired ‘ , the mattress needs to be changed, we could feel the bed springs in our backs which does not help. The breakfast buffet was uninspiring.
