The guy on reception when i did the check in was a little rough with me. Also, they don't have iron avaliable for guests. The breakfast was not bad but simple. I would have liked to know in advance that the hotel don't have iron available, in an long overseas travel obviously i need to iron my shirts

Wonderful location and nice room. Nothing

Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. I could hear people in the next room and upstairs and in the corridor. Very thin walls! The breakfast room with plastic chairs was very unattractive. The bedroom was very small.

Best location in the city. Super kind personnel and service. Breakfast could be a bit better.

location was pretty good, first time ever after approx. 100+ trips to Italian hotels and Italy I would say to the owners. "send your receptionists back to hotel 101" hospitality, both male and female receptionists were not only hostile but down right rude with an attitude of fuck you to us. breakfast was a complete disappointment no hot breakfast option and although we arrived more than 30 minutes before "end of breakfast" almost everything was gone wit no effort to replenish even a slice of bread to make toast
