The hotel's design and furniture were excellent, and small touches in the room added to the sense of comfort. The location was ideal - right in the centre of Turin, yet quiet enough at night for good sleep. Facilities felt modern throughout, and the breakfast spread was vast. Every space, from the room to common areas, was impeccably clean and well maintained. The mattress was comfortable, and the Crabtree & Evelyn soaps smelled lovely. A few small things could be improved. The room temperature was hard to control, our shower gel dispenser was empty, and even though the pillows looked fluffy, they flattened significantly and uncomfortably. Two things stood out more: the spa pool wasn't accessible to all guests, and some classic breakfast items, like pancakes, could only be ordered for extra charge. The coffee felt below par for a 5-star hotel in Italy - instant powder in the room, and even the breakfast coffee tasted like it came from a dispenser rather than a proper espresso machine. Again, these are just small things that could better match the hotel's rating.

Perfect location. You can walk to fancy restaurants. Clean rooms, good service. If you are lucky you can even see Kenan Yildiz around the hotel. It seems he stays somewhere close. If you are in additional building, you need to change elevators 2 times and walk by some corridors. If you are tired, this becomes painful. Spa is extra money. On other locations as Serbia, spa access was free. Massage packages are too expensive.

Staff was amazing and it was very clean First the A/C in the room was switched off Outomatikly and I call engenering and they came and they said it fixed But I was sleeping in middle of night it was off and hot and I have to reopen And it happen many time I couldn’t sleep that night It was problem with sencer

Liked the cleanliness and location was convenient. Staff was nice. We had a fire alarm emergency but in my opinion it wasn't taken very seriously. The staff in the end told us it was false alarm, but I think the fire safety should have been taken seriously until proven otherwise. And the breakfast was not the best. The rooms were always a little hot even after making it the coldest
