Reviews

This hotel was a good value and walkable to the city center and one of the train stations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The front desk hours were limited.
-
Staff was very helpful.

Great location. Super friendly staff. Shutters keep the room super dark at night. Tranquil location with no street noise at night. Pleasantly surprised given the reasonable price. Bed was a bit firm but that’s personal choice. Vent fan in bathroom kept kicked on and off automatically but only while in bathroom. So no biggie. That’s being super picky too. Not much to not like.

Location was great, staff was fantastic and the rooms were super clean. Beds were a little stiff.
-
excellent breakfast choices; location was great; area was quiet. No negatives

I only stayed for one night, but I was welcomed by a very friendly owner and staff, a clean room, and excellent communication before my arrival. It's clear that Artua'&Solferino genuinely care that their guests have a comfortable experience and get everything they need during their stay in Turin.

The location and the staff. Good breakfast. Dated and needs upgrade. Noise from below the building but calm at night. Doors heavy so not possible to close them quietly.
-
Perfect Location Gracious building from a bygone time - mosaics on floor, marble, grand elliptical staircase. Wood be worth visiting just for the enormous imposing wooden doors, worthy of a fortress Large rooms with working air conditioning Wonderful breakfast service was a little inexperienced but that is maybe part of the family-run charm

Incredible staff. Incredible room. Incredible owner. The front desk worker my first time (I did not catch her name, but she is a college student) was so helpful in guiding me on where to go in Torino. I can't thank her enough and she was so sweet!
-
The staff were very friendly. The building is historical and well maintained and it is easy walking to everywhere. Using paper cups in the room.

Hotel is in an old historic building and has its charms. Rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is small outdated but clean and fine. Nothing fancy but pleasant and good value for money. Hotel is in city center and everything in walking distance. Breakfast is quite simple

The location is great. I loved staying here as it’s a traditional italian building and clean. The breakfast was great too. Nothing.

Hotel is walking distance to shops and train station. We had a room with a balcony which was great. The staff were nice and helpful. The shower in the room wasn't great but did the job.
