Had everything I needed. Clean and comfortable The communication between us and the staff was not good, cause we didn't know Italian. They didn't pick up put calls when we arrived. We managed to get in touch with them on WhatsApp by translating our messages to Italian using google translate - then it worked and staff was nice.

Location was close enough to walk to the main train station. You may have trouble finding a taxi on Sundays though if you are planning to go elsewhere. Cute decor and cute room. Host friendly and accommodating. Overall good stay. Check in was a bit complicated but it worked out just fine for me. If you are not as tech savvy or arriving very late this might be a bit of an issue to be honest. The room is inside a bigger apartment so you will definitely hear some noise coming from the hallway and other guests staying in the rooms across and next door. Wasn't a big deal for me since I was only staying one night though.

Location, 15 minutes to the ceter, 10 minutes to Porta Nuova station. Personal - Elsa was very kind and always ready to help. You will receive all necessary ewuopmemt, hairdryer, coffemaker, clean towels and etc. Good impressione from staying here, good price via quality, specially in Turin. Volume of sounds is pretty high, but it is obviously in old building+depends on other guests
