Good location for walking to the museums and shopping areas. The hotel staff is so helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was elegantly presented . The local restaurants were delicious. The area close to the hotel is dodgy with young men hanging around the streets. They never were aggressive but I wasn’t alone.

The room was nice and cozy. The staff at the reception were very polite, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was not fancy but good. It would have been nice if the hotel provided slippers in the room. Additionally, it would be appreciated if the hotel provided water. The breakfast room is nice and clean, but it can be too noisy when crowded. I guess something is not quite right with its acoustics, or maybe the customers were a bit too loud... :).

When I booked the room, I thought breakfast was included in the rate. I was a bit surprised to see the charge during checkout. noise around the area

Spacious clean rooms with high ceiling. Good breakfast. Nice location - within walking distance from the city center and close to a park. The street gets quite noisy in the evening, there're plenty of bars there. In addition, when I was there the AC system was not working but they said it was temporary.

Room was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge compared to most in Italy hotels. Nice location. About 7 minute walk to train station. Breakfast was amazing. It’s weird but the AC thermostat was installed backwards so the higher the Celsius, the cooler it got in the room. But I figured it out and it was fine!
