Family-run and genuinely warm; the owners went the extra mile, even finding us an iron when we needed one. The location is excellent: a quiet residential block in San Salvario, surrounded by local cafés and restaurants, and only a few minutes on foot from Porta Nuova station. Great value for the price. It felt less like a hotel and more like staying in a real Turin neighborhood.

Although rated a one star hotel, the room was larger, cleaner and more comfortable than expected.

The room was very, very clean. The owner (he lives in the building) used his best English to explain the accommodation for us. Check-out was not clear, but we just left the key and closed the door. The bed was not very comfortable, but it was okay for one night.

Family run business in a central location.Room are clean and there's a vending machine with snacks,drinks and a lovely espresso.Owners are both very nice and available at any time with prompt communication.We checked in earlier than listed time and we were also able to leave our luggage on check out day as our flight was late in the evening.I recommend to stay in this hotel if in Turin... Niente

We got there quite late but were warmly welcomed and shown into our room. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The location is really good for access to Porta Nuova station and to some of the nearby nightlife spots. Will definitely look to stay here again if we're in a similar situation catching an early train. It was a bit warm. The ceiling fan helped a bit, but at the time of year we were there, there's very little anybody can do. It was a little bit hard to find, but the owner explained it was because the sign had been damaged by recent storms.
