Hotel Urbani

- Clean rooms - Pretty good room size with good AC system and good windows (in other locations heat or cold air is lost due to bad windows, but it was not the case here) - We had nice backyard view, away from street and noise - Nice staff, welcoming and ready to help - Close to train, metro, bus stations and central part of the town - Minibar available in the room - Good soap (Rituals), a bit strong smell for the summer - There is only one elevator for +5 floors - Unpleasent smell from the pipes in the bathroom - The bed & pillow were extremely uncomfortable - Towels smelled like chlorine at some point, not sure why - In case you have noisy neighbours, you will notice for sure (get some earplugs) - Dispite the very good room size, there is limited storage space for more than a few nights - Unpleasant sourroundings, especially at night, but not only. Near the train station there were homeless people and even people who seemed under influence of alcohol or drugs

The rooms are too small The stairs are very tiny and it’s too hard to get the room with your luggage while there is no one to help

I personally prefer a different type of pillow. But overall it's a minor disappointment

A clean room. Very good location for this hotel near the Nova train station and near the center of the city. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The size of my room was a bit small for three person

We were told that parking was available and we had to drop our bags and go search for a place.

Great location, not only for easy access to the trains, but also to multiple bus and tram lines and within walking distance of many lovely areas and attractions. There are quite a few terrific restaurants in the area. The room was very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. No complaints.

Location was very good, size of rooms were okay and there were balconies as bonus, reception staff were extremely helpful. Sizes of single beds were too small (narrow and short), some of my friends worried about falling while sleeping :) Breakfast variety could be better, coffee was not satisfying.

Location is very good if you need public transportation, the train station is just a stroll away, you can easily manage to get to know the city center by foot. Parking is on marked spots at the street. There’s no garage and there are few spots. They didn’t answer me regarding to the parking issue when I asked in advance. Since there was no spot available it was a bit inconvenient considering it is a big city with high parking prices.

Location is awesome, close to the station, tram and metro stops, and also close to the historic downtown. The hotel seems to have been totally renewed as well. It seems the hotel shuts down the air conditioning in the middle of the night, which was very unpleasant. They said they don't when I complained, but not sure.

The recepcionist charged us extra money saying that the price was only for one person though i booked it as a double room rate.

The room was very clean and even if it was small, it was very cozy. The accommodation was perfect for a single person traveling for work. Breakfast is quite modest.
