big room, good staff, parking area breakfast, you should know there is not variety of products only kruvasan and coffee maybe you should eat

Everything about this hotel was great. From the check-in to the checkout and everything in between. I would very much recommend this hotel without hesitation. The people are super nice, the breakfast was great and the rooms were absolutely amazing. The only thing I would say is the location may not be ideal depending on what you are doing. There is some access to the downtown area via public transit. Just keep this in mind if this is important for you to be close to downtown.

Location was great near the green park and the turtles. Great area to stay with the dog. By car you could easily reach the city area. Internet connection worked well for working. Nicely renovated building. Room was clean but a bit like cave. Windows were so high you could not see out side.

Very friendly staff welcoming and helpful Reception staff waiting staff really lovely and really helped us with parking etc well done Not easy to access initially as a lot of parked cars and entrance not clear Poor WiFi and horrendous canvas pictures in room of old movie stars that made the room very uncomfortable to sleep in remove them !!!!

The staff was very kind and helpful , they offered us breakfast earlier than usual cause we had to check out earlier. It was clean and comfortable

Everything was absolutely perfect from the time we walked in the door Thank you for making our stay so wonderful. We would highly recommend and hope we can return. I had to leave?

The room was clean and it was nice to be within a park so our dog can enjoy his walks easily. The free parking is a bonus. The room we received(101) did not look anything like the pictures shown on booking for a deluxe room. It was small and had no coffee machine or even a tea maker. Sound isolation is 0 and our room was facing a side where they have a party hall. We could get no sleep until the party was over. The hotel has a restaurant and after midnight the staff was disposing the bottles!! We woke up scared with those sounds. This shows zero respect for hotel guests! The breakfast approach is a bit strange: the hotel employee comes and starts to tell you the options and asks you what you want. But we found out next morning that they do not tell you all you could have( one lady next to us was having a ham and cheese toast we were never told about) . Would be nice to have a printed menu or at least a written version of the breakfast choices.

The location of the hotel is good, easy access, there is parking on site, the rooms are spacious, simple and functional furniture, comfortable beds.On the day of departure, despite the early hour, the owner of the hotel made us coffee . he was very kind. The hotel is basic, we had problems with hot water, the water took a long time to heat up, the breakfast was basic, but the waitress was very kind
