The vbest hostel i've stayed in so far. The staff is nice, the rooms are clean and well-equipped and there's an opportunity to party within the hostel which i find really cool!

The common bathroom was extremely dirty covered in hair, sadly… Also, the structure is very inconvenient, the water was all over the floor after a quick shower :/

Second time staying here. Always comfortable and clean. I stayed in shared room with 6 females. Clean, spacious, comfortable and the room had two washrooms that made it great for sharing Also the hostal is very central and staff is friendly The breakfast is also great in the kitchen

The Japanese inspired room was way smaller than it looked online. The tatami were so uncomfortable.

I stayed in a private room with shared washroom. It was spacious, clean and great value. The staff were helpful and very friendly! The breakfast was buffet style and it was great bacon and eggs! It is very close to the largest market in Turin

I almost didn't book this hostel because of other reviews, but this absolutely exceeded my expectations. The location was great (about a 15 minute walk to the shops) and the staff was incredibly kind. I also thought the beds were extremely comfortable. Overall, it was a cute experience and wonderful trip! The wifi wasn't the greatest. It could've been because I was in a room close to the edge of the hostel, but it had some issues. You also have to reconnect to it every time you come back to the hostel, which was annoying. If you were in the lobby or any of the main areas, it was fine, it was just in my room where it wasn't great.

Neighbourhood can be noisy.

Excellent in most things - clean, lots of space, very friendly staff Not exactly good for rest. Loud noises from below, mattresses are quite noisy. Beds aren't too comfortable either

I didn't stay at the hostel. This review is about the customer service. I made a booking using Booking.com a long time ago, I looked at the reviews but I didn't see anything worrisome. Before arriving I looked up the hostel on Google Maps, and saw that there are a lot of reviews with the keyword "bedbugs". I started reading, and was horrified. Apparently the hostel has had issues with bedbugs in the past. There were reviews consistently, from different guests, over the past 1.5 years, about bedbug issues. I would have kept my reservation, but what convinced me that I shouldn't stay at Combo Torino were the replies by the hostel to the bedbug reviews. The replies from the hostel were generic and ignorant of the real issue. In one reply, the hostel claimed that "bed bugs are an international issue" and that there's nothing they could do about it... I've stayed in tens of hostels all around Europe, how is it possible that none of them had bedbugs?! The lack of proper apology to the guests and lack of addressing the real issue convinced me I shouldn't stay. I requested a free cancellation of my reservation (the deadline for normal free cancellation was past) but the hostel denied it. Fair game. I paid for my reservation in full even if I didn't stay there. I have the right to inform other guests of the experience. I would recommend to other guests to be aware of the issue and reconsider staying at the hostel until at least a year passes with no reviews mentioning bedbugs.

The facilities are actually very good, it's like new and nice, 4 beds 2 bathrooms. It was kinda noisy , that neighborhood isn't very quiet

We stayed in August when many of the restaurant service times and menu were limited. Breakfast was delicious and highly recommended. Our family stayed in a room with a private bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. The room and bathroom was clean. The staff we encounter at the desk, restaurant and cleaning were all exceptional focused on making our stay comfortable. The air conditioning is turned off during certain times of the day. Limited places to eat if you bring in take out.

I stayed 3 nights in a 4-bed dorm room with two private bathrooms (one shared between every two beds). The staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and responsive. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the hostel. The location is good—close to the morning vegetable and meat markets and major attractions—though it’s about a 24-minute walk from the train station. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and iron. The lobby and garden are clean and spacious, and there is a large luggage storage area. There was some noise from a group of children on a school trip, and the management addressed it by locking their room doors, presumably as a disciplinary measure. I highly recommend this hostel and will definitely stay here again. Nothing
