The kindness of the staff, the fact that I could park my car in front of the hotel, quiet, clean and good value. Decent breakfast. The location is not primé but there is a metro station round the corner.

Breakfast was a disaster, you are better off going to a patissere and get a fresh croissant and a real coffee not one done from a machine. Rooms are very very old and furniture needs to be totally redone, not to mention the a/c system that on the first night had been switched off during the night from the hotel itself. Temperature is adjusted through the hotel system that some how keeps the temperature between 26 and 27 degress in the rooms which in my opinion is too warm for the summer. Not even trying to set the degrees from the room controller works as this is controlled elsewhere, where as the reception area is kept very fresh compared to the rooms.

I was a solo traveller and felt safe

The location is a bit far from the city center, but getting around is easy thanks to the bus and metro stops right in front of the hotel. The air conditioning works very well, which is essential during the hot Italian summers. The double-glazed windows provide excellent sound insulation, so the room is very quiet when the windows are closed. There is also a small refrigerator in the room, which is convenient for storing drinks and snacks. The staff are friendly and have a great sense of humor, making the stay even more enjoyable. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was rather disappointing. It mainly consisted of sweet items, which is typical for Italy, but the hotel caters to international guests as well. A wider selection of savory options and some fresh vegetables would have been appreciated. There was yogurt available, but overall the choice felt quite limited for those who prefer a less sugary breakfast. The bathroom was functional, and there were no issues with the shower drain. However, the shower cabin was quite dark and looked as though it could benefit from some refurbishment.

Location is very good, it is 1 minutes away from metro and in a quiet area There is ABSOLUTELY “NO” similarity between pictures in application and what I saw ! Among 101 pictures in the booking application not only 1 of them was my room ! Pictures are very nice and beautiful but rooms are below the average. Breakfast was not bad, but very limited options. And it was same every day

Proximity to the metro station. Charge for extra towels and not very accommodating or polite. The first person to sign me in was nice but Franco was very standoffish towards me.

Staff was super nice and welcoming, they were also very accomodating with my dog, room was comfortable and location is convenient. Place is also clean which is really appreciable. Soundproofing is bad as you hear all noises from the street and bathroom, despite being clean, is slightly old.

The breakfast was ok and staff helpful Our room looked nothing like any of these on the pictures it had on tiny window has a curtain in you couldn’t open . The air air conditioning /heating didn’t work neither did the fridge or the hairdryer!!
