Staff were very accommodating. They let us check-in earlier because we had a very early flight and needed to get some rest and they also allowed us to check-out half an hour later due to my husband feeling unwell. As a 1 star hotel, it is a lot better than many 3 star hotels I've been to. Very happy with our stay. Thank you to all the lovely staff. Everything was great.

Nice and cozy, very clean, small but the space is cleverly arranged. Perfect for a short stay, next to the Metro station to easily reach the center. The bar in the corner for food is delicious! The heaters were very hot. We turned them off from the panel on the wall but it didn't really help, there were 27 degrees during the night, and it felt too hot.

Location A/C in room not working, 2 light bulps in the room entrance not working and hotel parking outside to load/unload luggages is occupied most of the time and nowhere else to park. Rooms very small.

Good shower, fridge in room, kettle, hot radiator in bathroom useful for drying small items of washing, towels changed regularly. Very clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Good transport links to centre with bus and metro. Some useful eateries in the area. Scanty provision of coffee, tea and milk.
