I had an excellent experience from checking in to leave. They have upgraded my room to a better one which was more spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great, good variety of food was available. Staff was always friendly and kind. Room was always clean and everything was working fine. Nothing :)

On the positive side, the room itself was excellent: beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The bed in particular was exceptionally comfortable and we slept very well. Overall, the accommodation itself was of a very high standard; unfortunately, some aspects of the service and the additional facilities did not quite match it. The yogurt served at breakfast was warm and tasted strange for three days in a raw. When I mentioned this to a member of staff, my concern was rather dismissively brushed aside with the explanation that the table where the yogurts are kept is refrigerated. While that may be the case, it does not change the fact that the yogurt itself was not sufficiently cold and did not taste right. I would have expected my concern to be taken more seriously, especially when it involves a perishable dairy product. The hotel should consider lowering the temperature or keeping the yogurts in a proper refrigerator rather than dismissing a guest's concern about food safety. The hotel parking was convenient, but quite expensive for what it offered. There was no lift or direct access to the hotel, so unless you managed to stop in front of the entrance to unload your luggage, you had to carry it outside and up/down the parking ramp. What I found particularly annoying was that, during check-in, I was told I needed to decide quickly whether to take the parking space because many guests were asking for it and it was likely to fill up. In reality, the parking remained almost completely empty throughout our stay, with only one or two cars there most of the time. This made the pressure to make an immediate decision feel rather unnecessary.

We arrived quite late because of the train timetable but were given a warm welcome by the staff booking us in. Both rooms were spacious and comfortable We enjoyed a good nights sleep. The breakfast was one of the best I have experienced. So my family were very pleased to stay there. Nothing really

Very clean and comfortable room with convenient - albeit not cheap - parking option.
