We stayed for a night. The hotel has an excellent location, very close to Susa train station and the metro, as well. and The city center is at a walkable distance. It's clean and comfortable, although the furniture, bathroom and everyrhing inside is quite outdated. Excellent value for money, we would come back.

I have appreciated everything also complementary..

1. Location - close to Porta Susa train station 2. Large room with a bed, a TV, a table, a luggage bench, 2 chairs, a wabdrobe with 6 hangers, a sofa, a sink and a bidet. There is a lamp above the sink, so you can shave right in the room 3. Balcony - I used it also as a fridge in a rainy night in the middle of March (5-7 degrees outside) 4. Shared bathroom is large and clear. There was a liquid soap as I asked for 5. 3rd floor accessible on lift 6. The price is comparable to the price of a hostel. You need only to book at least a month in advance 1. The only thing I was missing was a fridge in the room or in common area. But as I said I used balcony instead 2. The staff didn't reply on messages through booking.com system, neither on my email messages 3. The check-in time is only until 21.00

The hotel is located just in 2 minutes walk form the Torino Porto Susa station. The staff was very pleasant, though did not really speak English. There was very easy check-in. All the sightseeings of Torino are withing a walking distance. The hotel is located on the third or fourth floor of the old vintage building with a big stairs. It was initially a bit difficult to figure out what floor it occupies, so I took a stairs instead of the lift. The furniture is quite old and shabby, however all worked out properly.

Shared bathroom, towels smell really bad.

This is a really hard review. The reason is the infrastructure is around 80 years old or more, not modernized or fully refurbished. This doesn't mean it is bad, but being so old it gives the impression of something different. However is one of the cheapest hotels there. It was clean and comfortable. It is located near one of the main train stations and there are several stores nearby. I didn't choose breakfast, I cannot review that.

The bed was soft but maybe a little too soft, doesn't seem to give much support. I was only there for 1 night though.

Had character… good sized room . Cool old elevator, crazy old shutters on the balcony. Great reception and very nice staff. Pretty good security, on check in you get 4 keys ( you need them all to get from the street into your room!). Crash on my balcony/ thought someone was out there, just the wind closing the old shutter! Circular white neon lighting. Old & dark, bed hard, not very comfortable. Shared bathroom. Very narrow doorways. Certainly NOT accessible! 6-7 stairs required before getting to the elevator, and I doubt that a regular wheelchair would fit. Kind of 1930’s & never renovated! So yea it has some character. Oh and the outside sign isn’t lit up, so if you arrive at night best to have a headlamp! Its third floor only so careful which entry button you push!

Everything fine for me.

Nothing. I was just looking for a place to sleep, and it fit the bill.

Locatario is great —-

Good location. Good room with decent service. Could have been a little cleaner. Smell emanating in the building.

Hotel is probably a 3 minutes walk away from Torino Porta Susa, super easy to get to the airport. Friendly staff. There is a super nice pasta/pizza place across the street, and a supermarket right across the street as well. It was very clean, in spite of evidently well worn furniture and faciilities. You get a kettle with coffee at tea at the room, and some sweets as well. Decent internet, decent shower. I actually liked the street surroundings more than I liked the city center. Flushing made a huge engine/motor noise, no noise insulation (it's an old house converted into a hotel with many rooms)

The room was uncomfortable and things weren’t fully clean and dusty, a few things needed maintenance such as the sink not being fully attached to the wall, the walls were very thin and you could hear people talking from other rooms, the wall of the bathroom did not reach the ceiling, there was only enough hot water for one shower and after that it did not heat at all, the lobby had an odd smell and we only encountered staff once at check in.

The owner is so kind and available. He even lent me his tooth paste... Plus, it's a very nice location in one of Turin's best neighborhoods for such a low price. Super recommended. The floor was a bit squeaky in my room and the bathroom was shared on the floor. Super clean tho

Very good

Location perfect. Cafes and Trains nearby. Kettle Tea, Coffee and biscuits provided. I would have like to have known there are 2 properties No 12. I stood outside 12 Bis (next door) and didn't realise I was outside wrong building. Also If you were told Floor 3 take the elevator etc that would help.

The hotel is very basic. The staff (2 of them I saw) were very friendly and accommodating! They changed towels everyday and cleaned. The rooms are very dated so it does need an upgrade but I had 4 comfortable nights sleep. The location is good! It is very near porta susa and a 25 min walk to the centre. I enjoyed my stay. For the price, I was happy.
