The room was comfy, bright and nice. The location was very good near the Piazza Vittorio and the Po river, and the center was 20min by walking. The staff was polite, and the breakfast was good.

The location of the hotel and the breakfast variety were good. -The staff was very rude and disrespectful - at the reception and at breakfast. Also pay attention about the city tax payment which you'll not be informed about at the check-in. -The room didn't look like in the photos and the difference was huge. -The room was not clean and it was a very bad smell in the room coming from the carpet which smelled like feet. -The bathroom was not well ventilated and a sauna effect was created very fast. -The twin beds are extremely small, like for kids. -The area is very noisy - the hotel has windows on a main street where many cars and motorcycles are racing in the night and there is also a tram rail. -Too expensive for what it offered.

Warm and flaky breads provided for breakfast. Baggage drop-off even before check-in. Excellent location. Adjustable air conditioning. The hair dryer installed directly on the wall was not effective enough. I would prefer a normal one.
