Breakfast selection was wonderful. Bed and air conditioner great. Lots of fresh air and light from windows too. Bathroom a little narrow, but overall clean. Open window to let the steam out, or use AC since no venting fan.

Breakfast was not always good ... You had to ask for the toaster, you had to wait for breakfast to be ready after breakfast time

Parking on property, friendliness of desk staff. Good hot water in rooms. There was no elevator and rooms were on different levels with multiple stairs and hallways. There was no heat. The bathrooms were so tiny, a normal adult could not move in and out or use the shower. No restaurant. I had to cancel our stay after one night and was no refunded any money. Quite disappointing. The breakfast room was too crowded and people were not happy.

Vegetables and green salads could be added to brakfast menu.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay feel truly welcoming. The location was very good, with a bus station right in front of the property, which made getting to the central of city easily. Additionally, the property was meticulously clean, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. To further improve, I would suggest adding eggs to the breakfast options and providing suitable slippers for inside the rooms.

The location is perfect. The stop is just 1 min from the hotel. Comfortable stay.

Location was good if you wanted somewhere to stay for the football (Juventus). Bit far out of town if sightseeing. Breakfast didn’t have a lot of choice but expected as it’s a small hotel, and doors are locked at 2200 and you have to get in at a side door

If you are going to the Allianz arena, this place offers a fairly good value, we walked to the stadium (20-25 minutes) Safe neighborhood. Staff very friendly. Be prepared rooms are very "spartan", rooms could use some updates, and the bathroom needs some work. Breakfast... we had it the first day and it was enough, the next day we went to a bar for better options. The "Dining" area was extremely messy at breakfast-time
