Good location, direct tram to city center, good value for money, beds are comfortable The doors need to be soundproofed, I could hear the neighbours very clearly when they came to their rooms at 2AM, also every time they swiped the badge. In the morning they woke me up as well. The sound isolation is not good

A very conveniently located hotel with excellent service. It was the first time I used it and I can say I would choose it again. Nothing that I can think of.

We enjoyed our room, air-conditioning was good and size was good. It was quiet, so easy to get an undisturbed sleep at night. I loved the fact that there was no carpet, the light floor colour helped to give the room a cleaner finish. The staff at the bar was welcoming and we were able to use the bar area to chill out and enjoy our drinks. The breakfast had a lot of variety with gluten free options and lactose free milk options too. The location of the hotel is very near Torino Porto Susa, a larger station with a ticket office available, which meant you could get a direct train to the airport and this was very good, as we were also able to travel further out too. There are also many bus stops near by and the metro can be easily caught in the area too. The restaurant that was connected to the hotel, where you got a discount, only to find out that you had to pay a cover charge, made you reflect did you have a discount after all ....... it wasn't that great. The takeaway literally next door to the hotel on the left had more filling food which was tasty, which was a shame because even if the food was pricey at that restaurant it should leave you feeling full. We had to eat elsewhere after eating at the recommended restaurant and to be fair, I'm small so the food should have been filling. The portion size at that restaurant was questionable and the bread was so hard if you threw it at the windows, they could possibly break. They could at least bring you warm bread. Pity as there were several other restaurants, we came to find out via Google in the local area that had nice food too, but as we were just trusting a recommended source from the hotel, that's how we ended up with that experience!

Loved the location. Very close to the train station and right around the corner from trams and buses that can take you to the city center. Most things are truly within walking distance. Summers are hot however, keep that in mind. My room was right near the elevator. It took me a while to figure out where the noise was coming from. Thought someone was moving furniture on an upper floor. When I went to investigate, I heard the noise again and it was coming from the elevator. Other than that…great stay!!!! I highly recommend!

Great location, clean and comfortable and super friendly staff. If you arriving on the late train from Paris or catching the early one back, ideal as 4 minute walk from station. Also on main Tram and bus routes. Small lift which could get busy. Limited coffee provided but reasonable mini bar.
