The hotel is located in one of the most dangerous and disgusting-looking places in the whole of Europe. We arrived at night and were afraid to leave the car. We didn't even check into the hotel. The hotel didn't return us any money ofc.

Super kind and friendly staffs. Cleaned and organized room. We satisfied breakfast. In the hotel area, there seemed to be a lot of African/ middle eastern immigrants and some of them were screaming, plus the roads were dirty. Just be careful! But again, the property itself is fantastic/excellent level, scoring 10!!

Location.

The neighborhood was dangerous. We saw shady illegal activity in the park across the street at 3:00 am. Nobody harmed us, but I felt scared.

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay!"

The property was lovely and accommodations were excellent. Location was lil hard to find

The staff members are warm, friendly, and hospitable. They explain everything, and make good recommendations. After dark, one will notice that there are some drunks, druggies, roaming around. I didn't have any issues, but it did create a bit if anxiety. The hotel is near several tram and bus stops, and the entrance faces the main street. During the day time, everything is fine.

It was very organized and the staff were great! The area of the hotel wasn’t the best and even though nothing bad happened but still didn’t feel so safe

The neighborhood is literally scary.

Lovely people at the reception! We chatted so much, I learned so much about the city, things to do, restaurants, history, as much as I wanted! The excellent people put a smile on your face and make all the difference :) The "friendly" drug dealers across the street. They were peaceful though.

Lovely staff! Very kind and welcoming.

The attendance of the team: Sig’s. Giorgio, Alfredo, Sra’s Francesca and Almira, this one amazing! Congrat’s to everyone!!! The location is very bad, the most dangeeous place in Torino. We parked the vehicle in front of hotel and vehicle was lateral glass broken. A lot of drug dealers in the square in front of it, Piazza Giulio Cesare. Very frustated with the vehicle damage. A mess in our travel.

Actually is located in a very nice place and it is so close to the city centre everything was close like bus stops, train stops The rooms are big the beds are big. It’s comfortable inside there.

The room was small, and the bathroom was even smaller than I expected, but the beds were very comfortable. People at the reception really made the experience better for me, they were really helpful and did their best to make the guests comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was nice, you not only have classic sweet Italian breakfast items but also eggs, butter, tomato, sausages etc. When I was visited Turin it was early December and was very cold, the temperature varied between 1-10 degrees. The AC in the room was centralized and didn't go above 20 degrees, and after a cold day out, it was still very very cold. While the lovely people at the reception offered extra blankets and warm tea before going to bed, I couldn't say I slept very warm and comfortable. While the tram stop is literally in front of the hotel, keep in mind that still it's is about 20-minute tram ride from city center!
