I needed to change my plans and, instead of staying for two nights, I stayed for only one night. The application allowed me to modify the reservation, but the host declined the change request. Then I had to pay for two nights even though I only stayed for one night. One thing that should be noted is that the hotel advertises breakfast as being included. However, what was provided was only a few biscuits and a coffee machine in the room. This does not reasonably qualify as breakfast and is therefore misleading information in the hotel's description.

Luca's B&B goes above and beyond. Very clean, good facilities with free coffee, milk, juice water and coffee. 15 minutes on foot to the city center, or 5 minutes on the bus. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but Luca held a spot for me right in front. Older building on a main road, but the sound proofing is excellent.

The location was quiet and well-connected by public transport, with ATMs, supermarkets, cafés, and small restaurants all within walking distance. The Lavazza coffee machine in the room was a nice touch, and the fridge was stocked with some milk and juices. However, we were quite disappointed with the breakfast offering. While breakfast was technically included, it only consisted of two packaged plain croissants (like those found at Lidl) and small packets of Nutella, honey, or jam. This was far below our expectations, and we ended up spending over €40 each morning for a proper breakfast elsewhere. In hindsight, we could have booked a higher-end hotel with a proper breakfast for that cost. The shared shower was acceptable, but the toilet was extremely small. Even as a fit adult, I found it quite cramped—larger individuals would likely struggle. Additionally, the room was cooled with a portable air conditioning unit, which was very loud and made it difficult to sleep. The added fan helped circulate air but was also quite noisy and contributed to a dry atmosphere, leading to discomfort during the night. Overall, the accommodation was clean, organized, and not bad for a short stay. I’m rating it 4 out of 5, mainly due to the cleanliness and the friendly host, but with the hope that the breakfast situation might improve in the future.

Luca is a great host. Very helpful. Gave me a full tour of the premises and facilities, despite the fact that I arrived at 23:30. All the facilities were available in the kitchen, incl. free juices, nutella etc. for breakfast. Room cleaned up and towels changed every day! Nearby I could find everything, incl. a LIDL store. Bus stop just outside the front door. Secure doors. Definitely very good value for money. Highly recommended, if the shared shower is not a major issue for you. Shared bathroom. 2 of the 4 rooms (incl. mine) had private toilettes but the shower was shared for all. Coincidentally, the place was not so crowded, so the shared shower wasn't a problem for me.

Great host,,who gave lots of tips, what to do and where to eat. Communicates well, speaks good english Spacious good room, warm blanket, comfortable bed, good lightening, nothing to complain. Can prepare breakfast yourself. Still walkable to city, 20 minutes and Porta Susa station 45 minutes, also have buses. Area seems safe at night. Area was quiet at night, no noise from cars, although its in ground floor. Should use less plastic for breakfast to save the environment. Not a very cheap offer for bathroom share, but that's Turin. Expensive big city.

Quite cosy, everything worked, a friendly guy who told you everything you might have wanted to know. About 15 minute walk from the Mole. I went to the wrong place and rang him and he gave me perfect directions to arrive. All in all, comfortable and convenient It was a little warm and hard to turn down the heating

Host was helpful and room was comfortable. Not too far from centre. Good value for money. Breakfast was included, however would be good to describe what type of breakfast is offered.
