The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was good, with a variety of choices. The location was fantastic, with only a 15 min walk to Porta Nuova station.

Access to shower blocked by bide. There are few steps at entrance, quite inconvenient with heavy luggage.

It was my first time to Torino, and I found the location to be well connected to the rest of the city, at the same time in a very quiet and upscale location. The room was very quiet even with being near the tram and a main road. Really cannot think of anything I didn't like. For those looking for a practical and comfortable stay, it fits the bill. If you are wanting something very fancy, then you would look to the more expensive locations.

No room coffee amenities, only tea No cream rinse Slow, small elevators No pen, writing paper Too warm in room, no controlling that being on an upper floor.

Excellent hotel helpful and friendly staff, hotel was clean also ideal for local transport links Sometimes the breakfast was cold and after cleaners had not always replaced toiletries.
