Superb location, helpful staff, amazing breakfast. Extremely comfortable mattress (best nights sleep for a long time) and was given a free upgrade. The jacuzzi pool on the roof was unusable by my third day as hadn't been cleaned/refilled. This may have been exceptional circumstances due to the hot weather and a high number of families using it.

Great facilities Good location Staff was amazing especially Nicola and Victoria who were very accommodating with all the requests we had. Buffet breakfast was very good with a good spread and the staff there was amazing too Staff in the hotel was probably one of the best I’ve come across in my travels. Victoria was brilliant and efficient, even though she was extremely busy she always got back to us with our requests within 5 mins. Nothing

The room was a good size and comfortable, the only negative was the size of the shower cubicle was a little small. Having a bidet was a nice addition to the bathroom facilities. The location is around 20 mins from Porta Nuovo station. The coffee machine was nice, unfortunately no creamer or pasteurised milk. No complementary water available either.

I enjoyed the amazing support of the Breakfast and Bistro team Max, Danielle and Raquel. The Breakfast was buffet was excellent. The reception team were supportive. Due to an oversite I was not told there was a roof garden a bar and jacuzzi on checking in found out a week into my stay, Not much with weather in 34-36 degrees we had a few hours in 2 days where the grid was down for short period. Maybe a future consideration of a generator for the hotel.
