Location was very good, 5 minute walking distance from Porta Nuova and a few minutes walking from metrostation Marconi. Breakfast was Italian style: coffee/tea and pastries. Rooms are in a seperate building from the "reception/key collection". Room was old but clean and with central heating and warm water. TV only had four or five channels to watch. Communication with Costantino via Whatsapp was fine.

Very central location, a short distance from all attractions, right next to the subway The room was overall fine. The host promised that the breakfast dining room would open at 8:00. We arrived on time but the room was not open as promised. We were supposed to catch an early train so we had to miss breakfast.

Da Lisa is a real bed and breakfast! Run by very warm and hospitable folks, nice breakfast and coffee. The apartment and washrooms are SUPER CLEAN! No complains, totally comfortable. Excellent location near to everything, surrounded by restaurants and quite safe. Nothing.

good location close to Porta Nuova (walking distance from the train station and the departure point of the buses serving the airport), very good communication with the manager, clean room with enough space (except the bathroom), very nice old school restaurant attached. in an older building which I liked very much (try to peep inside the inner yard). friendly staff, good breakfast, good wifi, very good price for what you get! small bathroom, when you sit in the toilet, you have your feet in the shower (at least in the room I had and if you are nearly two meters tall). the breakfasts were good and the waiter super cool (adding more and more croissants), but one may get tired of eating every morning the same pastry, especially if you prefer salty breakfasts (but you´re in Italy and this has happened to me in many other countries, e.g. regular morningmares after three weeks in Argentina on dulce de leche:) maybe asking for the visitor's preference? but I'd like to stress that these are minor things and I did enjoy my stay very much!

The staff are awesome, caring and friendly. The location is great and the room was charming. Very nice breakfast with a smile in the lovely restaurant downstairs.. Clean pretty room and good attention to details. I do recommend. The bed is very squeaky, makes a lot of noise at every slight movement.
