The place is absolutely spotless. The bed really comfy. Elena left some sweet biscuits as a compliment. The room is big. The bus stop to go to the old town is 100 meters from the apartment. She gave me advice on what to see and what to do. I had a great time in Torino. What I found a bit weird was that I couldn´t open the shutters because it´s on the ground floor , therefore, it was a bit gloomy. But that´s all.

Very clean studio, comfy bed, refreshing juice and snacks in the room, everything you need is there, many shops around, including a big 24-hour market. Highly recommend! Trams pass very near, but after the midnight it's very calm.

I had a fantastic experience and can’t recommend this place enough. The location was excellent, making it very easy to get around. Everything was perfect, but I was especially impressed by how lovely and fresh the room smelled from the moment I walked in. A special thank you to Elena, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond by leaving us water, drinks, and a beautifully arranged plate with biscuits and small breads. Since it was Easter, she even left us a thoughtful little gift, which was such a heartwarming touch. Everything was super and the hospitality truly made us feel at home. I would definitely stay here again!

The location is very good and the city centre was easily accessible by bus, the room was nice and clean with boiler, fridge, microwave as well as free snacks avaialble, there was also a private garage available very close to the building. The host, Elena, was very friendly and nice and gave us useful info about torino ana the public transportation.

The guesthouse has a great location: plenty of restaurants in the area, while the sights and landmarks of the city are in walking distance, and the beautiful Parco del Valentino is right next door! As a solo traveller, I found the district safe and pleasant. The accommodation itself was really comfortable. Elena has been a lovely and very flexible host. Some mention the noise in their comments here: yes, there's a tram stop in front of the apartment, yes, you can hear a tram pass every now and then. Personally, I wasn't bothered by it at all, it doesn't operate late at night. Apparently, it can be really nice to have the tram drop you off right at your door after a long day of sightseeing. :)

Great place to stay with a very love host available in Whatsapp. Not very far from the main station, pretty calm area (only trams from time to time, but they don't bother), the apartment is super-cozy, I felt how much love was out into it! NOTE: you will need to leave the city tax that is about 2 euros, have euro coins with you.

Super clean, spacious room, everything is renovated and to the spot. A great variety of Italian snacks for the morning, plenty of coffee and tea in the room. Staff including of course Elena is just lovely. Half hour away from city centre by foot and 5 min away from the beautiful Valentino park A bit noisy as it is an old building and my room was next to the street but not too disturbing

The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom was big, clean and very comfortable. The in-room breakfast was quite enjoyable. Super close to the public transports. The tram is so close that sometimes you can hear its vibrations, but it is not a problem during the night.

Elena was extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing me to check-in extremely late due to a delayed train. The room was absolutely spotless (new towels and sheets) and not a crumb or speck of dust, the bed was comfy and the location good. Oh and the room is large. Very good value! I will return. Only a very VERY small complaint, the coffee in the room was only decaf, orzo or ginger coffee. No real coffee. I imagine this was just my bad luck as Elena had thought of everything else.
